    Thank you for the video, I'm following your speaker instructions, I decided to get the speaker and battery to take care of them at the same time.
    I bought the KBT 12354PL 3.8v 2500mAh 9.50wh battery currently listed on Amazon, but the JST connector is too big. I should be okay just disconnecting 1 wire at a time and connecting it to a smaller connecting, right?

    Thanks for the video. Very helpful. I’m still getting into the hobby and have a question about portapack firmware. Is it possible to install the Mayhem Firmware onto HackRF and utilize the functionality through a laptop instead of installing the portapack PCB and display? Don’t get me wrong, the portapack is on my list of kit to buy just haven’t done it yet. I have 3 HackRF, 2 with OperaCake antenna switch and was hoping there was someway to utilize the awesome firmware with the OperaCake/HackRF from a dedicated laptop. Any input will be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time!!

      I’m not entirely sure if it is, since Mayhem is installed and I believe written for the PortaPack portion. I could be wrong, I added the HackRf PortaPack Discord link in the description. If you’d like, head over there and maybe one of those guys can answer that question. I know allot of the Dev’s are in that channel. Thank you!

      Man you got so kit !! I'd love to learn more re; Opera Cake / multi HackRFs... I got 2 myself for the ability's to further improve rx/ tx capability (and as spare seeing that Canada is moving into the 50's banning such devices).
      With all that fire power you got you should forget the portapack and dive head first into utilizing programs offered on the Linux distro Dragon OS...not to mention GNU radio companion. Pretty much all te functionality of the portapack is based off of what can/ is done through said tools.... the potapack is st a "template" of what can be done...it's software like GNU radio that really opens up the wonderful world of SDR- your imagination bein the limiting factor....and budget for amp/ antenna/ more powerful SDR.....
      That Opera cake ...you get it setup? Switching antenna? With all that i'd be al over trying o set up some sorta drection fnding rig- something like the Kaken

      @@paranoidzkitszo thanks man. Ya I would love to get a Kraken. Allot of this I’m new to coming at it from a HAM perspective, sharing with you guys as I go and learn more. And ya. The Opera Cake is on the wishlist. Especially with the amount of antennas I have. I’ve been eyeballing another HackRf SDR, something more stationary. Def on the dream board. And for you being in CA! Ya. One is none and two is one for sure. Especially with how you guys are moving.
      Thanks again for the positive feedback! Glad so share and learn from this community!

    Would the HRF on airband frequencies receive analogue and digital?

      @KJ7VUB  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Oooh great question. I’ve been able to revive analogue fine. I have heard ft8, but as far as digital, I’m not sure. I’ll have to pay with that.

    Radiosnde is probably short for radiosonde which are the sensors on weather balloons.

      Correct. I purchased a unit to do some testing on. I’ll be covering that portion in a few months.

      Check the links in the description. Or head over to Discord and join there. There are a few other speakers out there that others recommend.
