One more point to cover that when your farmers were buying that time US dollar was the parity was good against Park rupees so you must understand for overseas they can also invest in RDA account in US dollar terms and on 7% interest rate

Doc sab, that's a one-sided thing. What about land cost? If u pre-owned, that's a plus. Shed construction, chiller construction milk line cost if a small investor otherwise parlour cost. Then, silage cost if making his own tou us k liye he needs above 2 million for that. Small office construction 2 3 rooms for labour and a doctor. Medical room construction.... afterwards, when u get ur first calfs, u need to husbandry for them like calf cages us ki cost. 10,000 litre is not achievable at all. i have imported us cattle .. lsd nae immunity ki ma behan kr di... so on paper, it looks exactly sugar-coated. But in real case, u need a reality check ....
Didn't touch fixed cost.

U worked hard to do mathamatics, but in commerce your calculations are vague. You can not apply dereciation on asset as your asset are increasing. You do not need to consider investment for asset in your calculation of income, profit and loss. Milk sell minus expences including opex should give a clear profit. Asset in shape of cows will increase with time u will sell them with profit. In reality you are making profit of 1200000 in a month approx.

Exactly, if we have 10 cows and 5 buff, I think it would be better as we are selling milk at 160 rps per kg at nawabshah.

Please accept my apology in advance , because I have some observations
1. While calculating Assets , there was mistake in calculation (at 16 minute in video), that instead of 35,600,000,/- it would be 32,900,000/- ,Hence instead of Rs 8,100,000/- profit , it would be just Rs 5,400,000/- and when you deduct Milk sale Loss which was 1,400,000/- , the net profit would be just Rs 4 Million.
2. Now coming to time spent for this profit after investment , it would be as follow
a. First 5x month when she did not deliver calf
b. 500xdays (Lactation period during which 10500 liters milk was produced )
c. The total period becomes 650 xDays = Almost 22 xmonths
d. Rs 4 M profit in 22 xmonths = 4,000,000/50,000,000=0.08x100=8% in 22xmonths
e. 4.3% Annual , which is not feasible from any angle
I can explain u these queries in a meeting.
