I would say, in regards to your initial question of how long the Q&A should last, is let it last as long as you have the stamina, but add timestamps to your video description so if someone has a particular question, they can go right to your answer. You can also chop up the Q&A session into individual videos, which will give you more videos and consolidate the content for people looking for that particular answer. Keep up the great work!
