Wow Laura! You did such a great job with what you were working with and not bringing in a whole lot of new specimens. It looks 1000x better - you did great also taking into consideration that the client had their boundaries/guarding with what needed to be done/what she wanted done.

Great work Laura, Greg & team DFS! I was a little sorry to see the pedilanthus bracteatus in the front yard go--I thought it was a great design element against that bare stucco wall. Charming back yard--I love the little bunny statues poking their heads up from behind the planting bed and the wild succulent fountain!

Hey I have been trying to find an example of a mature crassula undulata forever! I'm so glad you can show a 6 year old one so I can have a working idea of what my own little guy is going to look when it matures.
I've been looking for weeks and this popped up today
Thank you so much, you inspire me like always

I think your edits really re-created the front. It looks more open up the walkway and draws your eye. The colors are ta da!

    Hesperaloe for Aloe Ferox. Hmmm….
The Palo Verde will get huge and have to be taken out, too close to the fence.

I wish I could get my hands on some e. agavoides. I really love the tight, compact echeveria.
Anyone tried sempervivum in SE Texas? Because those would give me a similar look.

Funny how you follow the rule of 3 on the ground but in pots you do 2 instead which I do not like at all. I'm always screaming every time you put 2 in a pot instead of an element of 3!!! Ugh it's so off kilter!! I love u Laura lol...u know what Im feeling I know u do lol. 2 in a pot is just a NO..
