This is my review of the Sofirn SF26 and there’s beamshots, and drone beamshots, and I compare it against the Wurkkos TD01, and you get to hear me attempt to be funny. I got the SF26 because I prefer the treaded USB protection and I got it on sale for $35 or so. Thanks for the review.
I really like the dual tail switches and someone states that theirs had instant turbo, but that wasn’t the case with mine. Both are solid choices, especially the buck driver on the td01c, but mine also has a bad tail switch. I ended up putting a 3000k sft40 in my sf26 and it’s now my go to. Td01 sits on a shelf lol

Yeah, big disappointment turning mine on yesterday when I realized there's no instant turbo, it's a tac light with no turbo, as if strobe is more important.
SAME...i get mine Today...but saddened...lucky this isnt a light id esc..but still want straight to turbo..there other lights do it..with a different mode group...
Can you at least set your momentary to turbo, so you can access when turning on, or only available with two clicks?

Ya idk why they think strobe is so important. Td02 and now this. Come on!
1000% agree...it should have been much better. Jusy changing the littlest things,can make the biggest difference.
Hey Marc, If your still after a usb-C hot plate... check out SEQURE T55 new hot plate. Ive just ordered one and there S99 / S60p soldering iron is 10/10. Loving your mod vids 👌

@@marcgossling8260Just got another TD01 and the finish on this is flat like the sf26, not shiny like first one... told you in a comm that I would like it better in flat Black and booommm... flat it is 😂😂😂😂. I Love it. Going to post some pics on Facebook with both. ✌️✌️✌️✌️🔦🔦🔦🔦

excellent review. I might dig the dual switch but I stay with my TD01. A warmer light color would convince me to buy. I have a Amutorch thrower in a warmer neutral it it is just delightful. See here:

Hi Marc, Does the SF26 have the same Driver as TD01? (FET) A Turbo test between them would be nice 😁😁
Yes I believe they’re both fet
According to Sofirn you can access turbo with a double press of the mode button from off.
Maybe they implemented that with the new ones. I’ll try it on mine, but I don’t think that’s the case

@@marcgossling8260 I can confirmed (now that I just got mine) that indeed turbo is accessible from off by double tapping the mode button.

Does the tailcap(switch) from the sofirn fits on the wurkkos and does it operates?
I know they fit. Idk if it will operate at all. That would be 🔥
Update: it fits, but you can’t change modes
Tailcap from sofirn C8G and C8F (C8L, I think ) fits on TD01 and it can tail-stand
I already own Sofirn IF22A, do you think it's worth to upgrade to Wurkkos TD01?
No, they’re somewhat similar just doesn’t have a tail switch. I’d recommend the wurkkos td03. That’s my new favorite light and has more functionality than the if22a. Or if you want a big thrower, buy the Convoy L21b or wurkkos ts30s pro

The ts30s is an awesome light as well that can be stored on your hip with the right holster

Do you do custom work ? Are you able to mod a streamlight TLR1 HL to output more that the 1000 lumens it comes with ?
Ya I do a lot of custom work. Idk if a simple led upgrade would do the trick, but there’s all sorts of ways e🇿🇲
man but yeah im so happy your reviewing this light because ive looked everywhere and no one had reviewed this yet. lol even tho i like the LOOKs of the TD01 better i love the tail switch so yeah i wish i could afford both but i cant so yah i have to send my TD01 back and buy this one instead lol i would love t own both but some people like me cant afford it lol i spend all my money on flashlights like a dumb ass but i cant help myself i just woke up and all i do is watch flashlight reviews all day long lol so who really loves flashlights you or me lol i bet me i even sleep with a couple lights lol

i wish you had a way to check the output on these lights lol i hate how im only getting 1500LM out of the wurkkos i was expecting more then that and i used a SAMSUNG 40T battery and i still only got 1580LM so yeah i hate that and i told wurkkos about it and they wont answer me back
It looks like you’re looking for the smallest discrepancies and then complaining to the company about them. These are huge companies and they can get away with a lot more than you or i

lol yeah once WURKKOS gets back to me and lets me send the light back i will be buying this one instead lol but for some reason WURKKOS has costed me and wont answer me back and ive been emailing them and sending them messages everyday and still no answer lol also the prices are dropping beause people like you youtubers who review these products tell the truth and say these lights are not 2200Lm like they claim and this one is closer to its lumen output then the wurkkos one lol
They’re on a sale right now. They do it once a month. That’s usually when I get my wurkkos lights
lol i would of bought it but i bought the wurkkos TD01 beofre i seen they had this one lol and wrifht now its only 36 dollars lol i bet you paid 55 dollars for it lol but yeah i texted sofirn and told them once i can send back the wurkkos TD01 back ill buy this light instead but WURKKOS wont answer me back and so i cant send the light back until they get back to me lol so yeah ive been looking this light up for days now and no one has reviewed it yet except for some wrukkos emplyee who doesnt speak inglish lol and im sure they put out the same output so yeah please let me know how both of them compaire lol but yeah WURKKOS IS a LIER lol ive been trying to send my TD01 back so i could buy the sofirn light because i like the daul tail switch loo

Thank you for watching. The srt7i and the td01 are much different, but I’d take the srt7i over the td01. Another good one is the td03
