I think the reason might be because what if the shadowbolts girls are the opposite Mane 5 (Aj RD Pinkie Fluttershy Rarity) and Twi being the opposite sunset
The first version of Rarity looks so good, and I love the thigh-high socks on her. Part of me wants to restyle my Reboot Rarity doll into an outfit like that, honestly! The fully articulated Gen 4 dolls with inset eyes are beautiful as well. Its honestly sad how Hasbro can make good doll designs and has good ideas, but fails to execute them well enough to compete with other bigger doll lines.🖤💜
Y’know, I remember hearing that the founder of Hasbro HATED dolls, and even though he’s long gone, that kinda “hatred” seems to still run in the company. That kinda explains why the dolls aren’t great

I nearly unleashed an audible scream when i saw that siren Adagio Dazzle minidoll and the Chrysalis one. How can you come up with such an astounding concept and then abandone it,even though it had the potential to your best line? I don't get it. Even though i am fully aware that this will never happen, i would really want them to be finalized and turned into dolls as a return of the Minis. Along with some Aria and Sonata dolls too, since I've always found it odd that they weren't released but Adagio was. But again,i know I'm just daydreaming at this point. Equestria girls needed Sunset to come back for an episode of MLP like a normal one, but this video is about the dolls so... To be honnest I Had a lot of the dolls even some playsets as a kid EG was more fun because making characters into an other form and universe is fun in my eyes

I’m guessing it’s due to poor sales orfg5 toys (I think that dragon and sunny set is the only thing that’s been released this year)
Their actually a remix that released recently of the equestria girls op that was uploaded 2 months ago I don't think they just release a remix for no reason

They have polypropylene hair so their hair doesn’t feel the best and can frizz easily, but otherwise they’re good quality and worth getting if you like them

So much for that. Even though I'm not in G5, the prototypes for the dolls are SO MUCH BETTER than G4 eg dolls. The articulated and face molds are so good. I really wish they would release them
G5 has been confirmed to be doing well shown in Hasbro's franchise overview slideshow, and G5 EQG hasn't been proven to be real or not. There's zero information on them at all, so most of what you've heard is misinformation
