Autumn & Winter series - part 1 Toadstools

Using watercolours and sat I show how the use of salts create some natural effects that would otherwise take weeks to paint. I've used only earthy colours for the background and stuck to a very autumnal palette. This painting is on a medium grain paper that has a slightly linear texture with helps to create the forest floor along side the salt.
