saw this movie when it first came out in 2010, I was only 11 years old. It was one of the only series I kept up with.. watching the movies, short films, tv series, games. I fell in-love with the bond they had. Now being 20 years old and seeing it come to an end breaks my heart that I no longer am I child and have grown with my favorite childhood characters
I agree with Jay when he said "kids were little when the first film came out and now are going to university". I was in elementary school when it came out in 2010 and now when the third came out, I'm in college and about to turn 21. This franchise has been apart of my life ever since 2010, with me watching the movies and tv series and reading the books and etc over and over again and it makes me who I am today and dealing with Adulting 😔. But it's so amazing that it has been. Thanks to the cast and crew for adding this to everyone's lives❤❤❤
We need more movies like maybe another movie series pls I love the whole entire workings of it plus all the TV series and the ending is a slight cliff hanger with the one day the world will be ready for u for the dragons😢😢😓

I was 8 in 2007, 19 when the movie comes out so totally grew up with this series and the movies amazing. I saw it on Feb. 2nd and gosh in a room of mostly children I was like bawling and continued to cry on the way home. It was so good
I'm 19 as well and I was bawling my eyes out. It's been a week, and I'm still not over it. This movie is such a masterpiece, the animation and the plot was simply amazing. I waiter for this movie since 2014, and all that wait was worth it . 💜
It is sad it is ending but I am happy they ate ending it in a satisfying way rather than make a million pointless sequels. Im sure another tv show set between httyd 2 and 3 isnt impossible similar to race to the edge

I also love how jay is basically Hiccup, he stutters and does small little monologues to himself. It's like it's just Hiccup, just looks different and I love it
I love how proud both of them sound of this movie and the trilogy as a whole. Specifically, I'm just happy Jay seems to have loved the films as well as any other fan of them. I like the fact that they know this franchise has serious fans (*as in we think this series should go up there as one of the best movies of all time fans*). I was definitely one of those people that Jay said grew up with these movies, and I'm just really sad yet fulfilled with how it ended. I couldn't have asked for more, and I'm really proud and happy for these guys that they were able to finish this franchise in the way they intended from the beginning (for the most part). I don't think all of us appreciate how rare that is in Hollywood. We don't appreciate just how hard it is to set out to make a trilogy and actually do it, without studio execs cutting it off midway or trying to squeeze the cash cow for another film. I love it as a trilogy. Please keep it that way!!!
I know right this is something that almost all of us have grown up watching and being fascinated with and have loved and it breaks my heart that we won't see the continuation of hiccups and tothless's story or maybe even their children
This was my childhood and im now 15...... this is the movie that made me cry the most... ever.... It would be cool if there is a short tv show (maybe 2-4 eps) just about Hiccstrid & kids and Lightless & kids..... but I am totally happy with this ending...... Literally I went to see this movie with my best friend the Thursday night that it first opened and the theater was filled with college students like us. It's crazy to think that I was in 8th grade when the first one came out and now I'm a senior in college
I didn't watch the first movie the year or so after it came out, mainly because DreamWorks somehow always messed up their trailers and marketing. I did end up watching it when I was about 14ish, same summer I was going from Freshman to Sophmore in high school. Like Jay mentioned, it was a weird time of feeling outcasted from everybody while trying to figure out who you are and how to connect with the people around you. Guess that's how I ended up identifying so much with Hiccup and gave me enough self-confidence to be myself and find those awesome friends who like you for being you. Seeing HTTYD 3, I honestly could never imagine a movie series displaying the sort of journey I've had up til now. Just graduated from college, beginning what I term "an adult job", figuring out where I want to go with my life, all while trying to keep up with the amazing friendships I've experienced and staying true to me. It's both amazing and sad to see this series end while I must continue going forward, but I know I've learned enough lessons to keep me optimistic about the future.
Guys chill there will be more movies to come. Maybe not soon but there will be more. At the end of hidden world when he says goodbye to the dragons he said we don’t deserve you guys “yet”. And at the very end he says they will find a way to be friends with dragons again

I was three when this movie came out, and I instantly loved it. It was my emotional support whenever I was sick or down and I kept up with everything. To see it end is really bittersweet for me.

Armandito I kinda feel that HTTYD is built to be in Viking times, I’d prefer it if it stayed in the viking times, and keep toothless alive and hiccup alive, and all the rest as well, i hate it when movie makers cut off all the original characters, like Star Wars. i wish that Dean Deblois will make another movie "How to Train Your Dragon 4" about Hiccup's daughter/son met Toothless's daughter/son because this is my favourite movie. Why I Think a 4th film will be made: Shrek was only supposed to be 3 movies, but due to the money made, a 4th and 5th were and will be made. simpler things are happening with THW. The director said spin off's are not off the table, so we know hes willing to work with it again. There will probably be a reboot in a few years. so once again, we know their willing to work with it again. Dreamworks said Theres a possibility of a 4th film.
