Naruto Copied Kakashi's Sharingan and thus Got Kamui (Whether he has his own dimension I don't remember but he might not if he doesn't that makes more sense in this timeline). Then He copied that one Doujutsu and they fused. Whatever he did was related to Kamui which means that that fusion although he should have that as his unique ability because they fused he might get his own or be able to use Kamui to there which both would result in an explanation for how so much power could disappear without dealing anything. I just love that idea that he gets his own uniuqe ability while increasing the power of the ability he already had.
