    My therapist suggested I do this and have been listening near daily (aiming for twice a day) and a bit over a week later it’s been massively helpful with turning my attention outward. Thanks for sharing!!

    Thank you for making this content.
    I discovered your channel after reading a bit about MCT and how ATT can help with unhelpful rumination. I listened to one of your videos at a time of huge stress, and by the end of it it was like something in my brain had switched and my perspective had changed. I have now been practicing daily, and I've been seeking a therapist specialising in MCT. Thanks again.
