Absolutely brilliant can't wait in February 2025 8 nights I'll be staying hopefully supermarket shopping centre local shops and shopping mall are close by and the medina sousse and the sousse shopping mall
Yes, very friendly staff and especially the room cleaning ladies. They always ask what do you need in the room. I made sure to tip them appropriately for their hard work :)@@frompage2screen
@ludishone I tipped also. Same with the friendly waiters at meal times as I found that within a day or two of our stay, we found one of the waiters remembered us and saved our 'regular table' and had drinks waiting for us
there werent any dont's or do/s.Id guess if you are visiting a church then shoulders would need to be covered but I think thats something that is expected in most countries- But Tunisia for me was a very relaxed place- Tipping is something we did when it was something we wanted to do- we tended to tip at meal times but thats not a You Have To, its just something we did. We also left a tip for the cleaner at the end of our stay (again something that is nice to do not something you Have To do) @@blank-dr2kx
Hello! Please tell me why there is a fence/mesh on the territory 0:57? They divided the boundaries on the territory of each hotel building (Marhaba Beach, Marhaba Club and Marhaba Resort - all three are behind fences? Corus Neptune was in goal at 1:06? They won’t accommodate guests there, don’t you know what they plan to do there?
As there are three separate accommodations on the site, i guess they have the fences there to show they have a border. However there isnt anything stopping you from walking around the grounds of all three of them, as we often did. There were no locked gates on the fences and they just seem to be border markers. Some of the accomodations looked like they were empty (as of June 2023) and likely were made to become 'standlone apartments' (I stayed in the main hotel building - 0:00-0:36
@@frompage2screen Thank you for your leisurely stroll through the hotel and beach area. My husband and I were at the Marhaba Club, so we were surprised to see the fences between the hotel buildings.
The rooms were clean yes with cleaners able to clean the rooms daily (bedding etc too) if you wanted them too. the food was good with the main buffet restaurant being open from around 730-am-10 for breakfast, 12-30 - 3pm for lunch and then 6:30-9pm I think it was for the evening meal. in between those times there was a snack bar open (but we didnt use that( and of course you have the free bars where you can drink all day long (i drunk lord knows how many gallons of Coke Zero)
there was a wide range of food on offer, its quiet a large buffet area. the food varied but there was always a good choice of food on offer. - im a picky eater too and I was fine. - there isnt a kids section of the buffet as its all the same area. there is a lovely dessert area with mini cakes and ice creams too which I was always a fan of. :)
Hi how did you find this hotel? Would you say it’s 5 star or less? Seen a package with easyjet but plan to take my 2 small children. Is it family friendly? Where there kids clubs and pools? It appears cheapest on tripadvisor which makes me bit dubious about the quality of this hotel?
Also which airport is this closest too ? I’ve seen the available direct airport from manchester is endidha hammet ? Is that far ? Could you walk into the city or take taxis? How was the bedrooms ? Did they stock the mini bar and clean properly? Is there an indoor heater pool?
I found it online doing a search for holidays. I picked it based on reviews and watching some videos. I would probably say it felt 4 star.... which certainly was good for the price. There is a kids pool ( there are 3 pools) one of them a dedicated kids pool.
From the hotel you can indeed walk into town.. its just across the road from the hotel. I can remember the airport name ( but I flew from manchester) and I took a private transfer ( which I bought with the holiday) and took about 30 mins in the car if I recall correctly.. the transfer cost around £30 ( return trip) which for a family is pretty good)
Rooms were cleaned properly daily. There was a mini fridge...but it wasn't stocked (but free bottle of water can be gotten from the bar, just put those in the fridge)
this video was shot in June, and the weather was hot around 25 degreees, no rain at all in 2 weeks we were there, July would be hotter so i would guess around 27-28 or 29. degrees on average HOT
@@frompage2screen that’s good to know. I’ve noticed that a few hotels in Tunisia have all inclusive packages but when people arrive they find out there are a lot of additional charges like to use the gym. Did you have to pay for any additional charges outside of your all inclusive payment?
@@Itssimxo there were no additional charges to use the gym or the indoor swimming pool (which was lovely and quiet- which we wanted) the only additional charges were if you wanted spa treatments, massages- that sort of thing. but we didnt go for those and so we had no additional charges for anything on our trip. (we did tip the staff though but thats optional isnt it i guess)
You mean for entertainment. yes they do. I didnt do any of the entertainment as thats not my thing- but they have a theme for each night. (they had a sign outside the food door telling what show was on each might)
I had bought this as a package ( flight, hotel and private transfer from and to the airport) I also went for the all inclusive package. It was for 2 adults and was £1900 in total for everything. So it was around £950 per person.
The music by the pool was loud, yep- little too loud for my taste, It was loud perhaps from around 10-am to 12:30pm, then from around 2pm- 4pm . so it wasnt all the time, but was a bit louder than it needed to be.

Heya, would you say this hotel is safe for solo travellers? Also do they serve alcohol/cocktails at all? Thank you 😊
Definitely suitable for solo travellers. Yes they do serve alcohol. And also have a cocktail menu.
