That has to be the quickest character/actor recycling - from playing Governor at Woodridge to now being the detective investigating the Smith escape in about 30 episodes! The actor also goes on to play Marlene Warren's father later!
Yeah they do that a lot there’s a women that’s played over 10 different characters some where so close together like this dude but they could be twins or triplets

If you ask me the detective should be govener he seems more clued up as to what's going on. . It's nice to Mrs Ferguson been blamed instead of a prisoner for a change.
I have always enjoyed those two scenes in the Governors office at 12:00 and 33:00. I think that is the first time Ferguson 'officially' messed up in her job and she gets a telling off from both the police AND Ted Douglas.
That mic would have probably never been seen on the old CRT TVs. There is approximately a 15% overscan on those tube TVs, so production allowed for simple mistakes like this. It was called a “safe zone” and marked with crosshairs inside the camera eyepiece. Only now with newer TVs/monitors can the entire frame be seen.
Kop Aww, I know. I did post under one of these videos that his character Trevor Collins was in about it as well. 🙁 British News and showbiz news website, Digital Spy had a article about Darius' passing earlier this year. Yes, that was really sad news hearing of Darius’ passing on the 2nd of January 2019. His family let the media know on the 5th of January. It was a shock to hear that he was so unwell. He was only 54 years of age. 😔🙁 He was a good looking guy when he was younger and most definitely when he was older too. 😘😍
Marina Finlay, the new, unexplained face in the opening mugshot sequence, was an up-and-coming actress, and she was signed to Grundy Television after she'd become the breakout star of Grundy's failed 1982 soap opera, Taurus Rising, which was broadcast on Nine between June and December '82. When it wasn't recommissioned as an ongoing series, Grundy moved Marina into Prisoner, and her character, Lainie, was created especially for her. This is why she immediately appears in the opening credits before she even appears, Grundy were keen to promote their contracted rising star. Finlay gave up acting in the 1990s and is now a professional 🎨 artist.

Looks like Lizzie is stepping in as "Top Dog" for Bea and demanding their insurance payouts from Ferguson, BEAUTY!!!
Po face says to the gate guard " Gawd what do you do all day?" As if it's his fault that their security is lax. Meg to Po face about Maxie: " And you really think that she knows anything about any drugs or Bea's escape?" Po face: "Well Smith had to have some help and who better than some silly little cell mate that worships her" Lol.
Around 29 minutes WHY does Judy have a cigarette? her character doesn't smoke... looks so uncomfortable doing it. Helen Smarts appearances just brighten it all up my favourite part time prisoner :)
"Bea Smith is missing, we suspect she has escaped." LMAO @ 10:45 Davo's announcement. 29:30 Jude smoking??? I thought Trevor wasn't supposed to come over anymore. 36:27 Davo and Po Face looking at each other concerning the Freak. Priceless. 45:00 Good on ya Lizzy!
Mm hmm... and Donkey Kong, Frogger and Space Invaders. I own all those games as well as a Pinball machine which I have in my bedroom. I'm Peter Pan. I'm never going to grow up!
The girl isn't even on here yet. The curly haired woman at the photo section. And Betty Bobbit was letting Jude have herself a cigarette. Betty was a smoker. I think she quit later on.
Why have they got Leanne Dobson now in the mugshots while Nola is still a prisoner for awhile yet. Leanne isn't even a long term prisoner. When Doreen left the show, they put Judy's mugshots, which was stupid as she was out and started the halfway house. While Chrissie and Margo had big storylines in relation to the build up of the fire and the Freaks arrival. Neither ever had there mugshots up. This is just ridiculas. Margo will be back for a few shows in the mid-400s. Chrissie is gone for good
All that for them to walk to the other side of the prison to take maxine to the visitors room for them to ask 2 questions the walk there was longer than the interrogation 😂😂there interrogation skills are off the chart 🤣🤣🤣😅😅😅
Come ON Lindy! The kid has a crush on you. Be kind to him, I mean you are a "Lady of the Evening" as my dad and mum used to call them. He's not going to hurt you, he's not trying to have a cuddle in the cot as Bea would say.
I preferred the set out of the prison before the fire. I don't like the rec room or Ericas office anymore. not that I liked them much before either lol
I think the rec room before the fire had a more "cosier", fuller feel to it with the women all in there together. It looks like the new rec room is bigger and "colder" as its still kind of empty without posters, books etc, unlike the old rec room. I say the same for the new staff room being bigger than the old staff room, as it's the same set for the new rec room. 😄 The set for the new governor's office, I believe, was the set for old library, and the set for the new library was the set for the old governor's office if that makes sense. The colour scheme looks the same between the rooms/sets, and that shape in the set of the new library in the back, was in Erica's first office, that someone pointed out on one of these episodes. 😃
@@Summer21. I sure would have loved a staff room like they had in 1982. We didn't get a refrigerator or a sink. We had to bring coolers with ice to keep our food cold. We had vending machines but you couldn't afford to eat out of them every day. Later on we got a bottled soft drink machine but in 82, we had one of those fountain drink ones. I never seen a fridge in a break room until I worked in grocery stores. But they don't have snack or food vending machines. The one I work at now has canned Pepsi products. The officer supervising meal time must be asleep on the job not to spot Maxine almost waving that newspaper about. Judy really isn't fit to run a halfway house as every time there's a choice to be made she starts acting like she's back inside. That junkie blonde needs to be told that if she wants to take drugs, then get out of here and don't come back. Also, it was first time I've seen Judy with a cigarette in her hand - though it looked like she didn't know what to do with it.
I was bullied terribly at school by a girl whose mum looked just like Nola....Her mum even stitched soft toys for extra cash...I was a right wuss but never lagged! 😂

Hahaha.. Don't really understand that.. I can totally imagine somebody being massively regretful of their tattoos..
two and a half hundred? Nola's as smart as she is beautiful
Love the way Po face thinks Bea needed help...she's far smarter than any screw!
Oh yes. Isn't she just? Hehe. 😄😉
Those newspapers look so fake!
Yeah Bea Smith smuggled HERSELF out... 🤣🤣🤣🤣😂
29:33 - I don't think I have ever seen Judy with a cigarette before.
2 and a half hundred dollars? :D
I like the way she said that.
How does Lizzy's hair look so good at her age if you can't buy hair dye at the buy up? lol
Not everyone goes grey
The officer supervising meal time must be asleep on the job not to spot Maxine almost waving that newspaper about. Judy really isn't fit to run a halfway house as every time there's a choice to be made she starts acting like she's back inside. That junkie blonde needs to be told that if she wants to take drugs, then get out of here and don't come back. Also, it was first time I've seen Judy with a cigarette in her hand - though it looked like she didn't know what to do with it.
Crumbs!!..Wentworths turned into a box of frogs and the freeks got to pay them all a bluey for the privlege
Judy with that cigarette though ....
I was bullied terribly at school by a girl whose mum looked just like Nola....Her mum even stitched soft toys for extra cash...I was a right wuss but never lagged! 😂
