      @corydauer let’s go! Congratulations my man, big step towards big things. Keep learning, make sure you take your time to set things up properly before you get caught in the inevitable chaos of being a GC. Happy to help any way I can. Keep up the good work, thank you for the support! David.

    Hi! Thanks for the great video! Would you please explain how to determine stem wall heights if there is not a Isometric foundation page available and not called out on the foundation structural page?
    Thank you!

    • @davidwintzer
      @davidwintzer  หลายเดือนก่อน

      A section of the building or potentially and elevation will show you those type of heights. Sometimes you can do the math based on the slab height if you have some elevations called out on the architectural. Thank you for very much for the support and comments!

    I have a minor suggestion for future videos: either do not have coffee before you start recording, or you can make a list of items to cover and stick to it. This would help the video flow better and allow people to fully absorb what you said. I have been doing this a LONG time, and you had my head spinning a couple of times when what you were saying did not match what we were looking at. With that said, it's an awesome video! Tons of information for those who are looking for more knowledge.

      I appreciate the feedback. You're not the first to say this ;) I'm going to re-record the video to slow it down and be more focused on staying on the page/topic. Thank you for watching!

    Do like Bluebeam as a software. I just started to use it

    • @davidwintzer
      @davidwintzer  8 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I love Bluebeam. I think its the most versatile construction software for quick mark ups, takes offs, PDF, etc. There are definitely ones capable of more things but, Bluebeam is my choice for sure.

    I appreciate your knowledge, presentation method and plan images... your high energy is a great attribute, but perhaps you could slow down slightly. It is a bit nervous to follow the bouncing of the mouse moving the plan up and down and sideways... Another 3-4 minutes to the excellent video would make it easier to follow without stopping and rewinding constantly.

      Hey Kaikai- I'm glad you asked. For a while yes, we just got way too busy in our construction company for me to produce/edit all this content. As of last week I started making some videos and will be starting to upload new ones starting next week. Let me know if you you'd like to see any specific type videos. Thanks, David.

    You start the video off with construction lingo and terms and then skip over information by saying blah blah blah. How was a beginner supposed to understand any of that. Thank you for making the video but you threw me off with it seconds

    • @davidwintzer
      @davidwintzer  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Joe- Thank you for the constructive feedback. I will be making a new video in the near future catering to the comments/feedback I have received how I can improve these types of videos. Please be on the look out for it. Let me know if there is anymore useful content you'd like to see.
