What are the regulations one company must follow before getting listed on stock exchange ?
Like 1. Company must earn profit in last 3 years.
2. Company must submit a fixed amount to SEBI as gurantee and fees.

First of all, very good video. Congratulations !!
Now, pls. re-check the info shared in the video from time stamp 4.00 mins to 4.15 mins. Seems an error in the situation assumed and the explanation provided.
I mean, how can all investors get at least 1 lot each (+ more lots proportionately to those who applied for more than 1 lots) if 25000 lots are available when bids are received for 35000 lots !
Unless you meant the no. of investors making those bids for 35000 lots are less than 25000.
If so, this is not clarified in the video. And with that clarification, I can say there’s no error in the explanation.
But if not, then the explanation is not correct because lottery system will apply in this case too (as you explained for the next situation where more than 1 lac bids are received).

I think this formula is works in the situation where ipo is under subscribed, then company provides shares in proportionately after single lot for those who bid for more than 1...
