Ordered the soft putty and love it. I actually stopped using the original putty a couple years ago because it was clumpy and didn’t emulsify easily. This new stuff is fantastic and still has the great hold as the original. Keep making this new stuff and I’ll be buying it regularly again.
On March I place an Order to re-stock all my products and I immediately notice the hair PUTTY was super soft. I tried it and it still did an amazing job as usual, so I didn't complaint. Today I saw this Video about the Putty being soft was a mistake. I took advantage of the promotion and re-stock on my PUTTY I really love it. Same results only softer and easier to spread.

I was super stoked about the soft putty, as the hardness has been my main complaint. I loved how the soft felt and how easy it was to apply, however it just didn’t have quite the same hold and I ended up going back to the original. Perhaps I’m asking the impossible but would love if the soft one could hold as strong as the original.
Since I have soft hair, it’s always difficult for me to find a right product, cos some are too hard, some is too soft that it do not last, so this product sounds perfect!! I placed an order for a big size since I have to pay a bit high shipping anyway cos I’m ordering from Europe. I hope I’ll love it and you guys will launch this as a official product. I’m so excited and 50%?? Amazing! Also 4oz will last me ages, so I’m extremely excited!
I ordered the soft putty a couple of weeks ago. My god, one of the best hair products I have used, even though it’s a bit expensive since I’m ordering to Europe but, it’s worth it. The hold is amazing and the smell is phenomenal. I just hope that you open a European store so that it become almost like the US prices
The last couple of times I have ordered the putty, it was definitely soft. I commented on one of the older putty videos to see if anyone else had noticed it. I didn't like it initially as I felt I was using a paste and it made my hair a bit sticky, but as I started using it regularly, I started liking it. I still prefer the original hard putty though, but selling the soft putty as a separate product is definitely a great idea ! People who find the original putty too hard will love the soft putty !

Is there a difference in shine between the soft and original.. and can you also use either of these on damp hair?

Did the soft putty go out in sample sizes?? I think I got some of the soft putty in sample and I really liked it. It is much easier to apply.
