- Our love story's journey from college to marriage is full of love, surprises and challenges
I met Mehak during our 1st year of MBA(2013) in Noida. She was from Himachal Pradesh and I was from Uttar Pradesh.
I still remember the day when I first met her. I used to sit in front rows of our class but one day all the seats of 1st and 2nd rows were occupied and I had no choice but to fit myself in 3rd row. I saw one of my known person sitting there in row 3, so I occupied the seat next to him. After 5 minutes a girl came and ask me to shift a bit so that she can go in and sit next to me. I looked at her and I thought - Hogyi MBA ab to meri, ab nahi hogi padhai😂. I still remember those eyes and that hesitation in them while sitting next to me. In those 2 minutes I had seen my future with her. 🤗
Without wasting much time I started to ask her questions in my notebook and my first important question was direct, I asked her whether she is dating someone or not. I crossed my fingers and waited for her answer. She is not dating anyone - she replied 😀. I wanted to jump in excitement at that time.
Then we spent those 2 years of MBA together. We received the title of Mr. & Ms. Freshers' in 2013 and in 2015 we received the title of Mr. & Ms. JBS(Jaypee Business School)
After spending 5 years together we decided to take our relationship to next level in 2018 - MARRIAGE
I thought that It will take time to convince my parents as I belong to a Yadav Family and my parents hadn't witnessed any love marriage in our family.
But things were not that difficult and I convinced my parents.
19th November, 2018 was the date of our marriage.
Its been a decade of togetherness now and I thank god everyday to give me a partner like Mehak.
We both are in love since 2013. 😁
