If tax evasion was rated it would be top 1 because tax evasion is high in the impossible levels list (not 100% sure). Also the demons list doesn’t allow challenge levels (also not 100% sure)
i think the creator just doesnt know what tax evasion is, because if he puts tax evasion at 29 he has to put all the rest of the top ILL and literally all of them are just impossible (acheron is 568 on the ILL for refrence)

I suppose it's difficult to make a list like this. Nobody's quite sure how hard new levels are because (a) what looks difficult in a video isn't necessarily the same as what's actually difficult, so we'd need to play them ourselves but (b) a lot of them are closed verifications so only a limited number of people can play them to begin with and (c) the difficulty is so high that it's functionally the same to a trash-tier player like myself even if I were able to play them. Nobody can have a truly informed opinion on more than a handful of them.
