I know I’m 2 weeks late, but honestly, I think you should name it “The Toilet Brush.” Looks vaguely like a toilet brush whilst spinning, and it’s *just* peculiar enough to make somebody want to see what it is
Considering the way it spins, and the fact its on the pistons, I think it reminds me of an immersion blender, or sometimes referred to as a "Stick Blender" Stick Blender is my choice for the name of your machine.

In this episode of Instruments of destruction, the Real Civil Engineer that is Matthew builds a couple iterations of what can only be explained as a “penetrator.” Two of the penetrators have large balls at the end that wreck everything in its path through sheer force and one has a spinning top that shoots fire and can be erected.

The Fire Drill Turret, oh and matt have some sort of hooking/Ankering mechanism for your vehicle base so that your Fire Drill Turret is more effective and efficient.
I believe it should be called “Flaming Boosh” and only be unlocked after the expert level. Sort of like an Easter egg type of thing, and in each level there should be a new version of the “_____ Boosh” after completing the levels fully.

Mourning Star, seems like a BFO Mace, but the brightness of it, it needed something to do with light in its name. so i went with a type of mace with something bright in its name. the morning star. then just a slight play on words.
