Final test, Shaker Deck Vibrating wash plant for Gold, Lemmenjoki kaarreoja

This test was done in my backyard so therefore there was not much material to process. This vibrating type of wash plant will be transported to our gold mining claim in Lemmenjoki up in northern Finland, the journey there will take place with snowmobiles this easter. I hope it will catch some gold.

To capture very fine gold you may need a longer sluice box run. To give the fines a chance to settle and get captured . A flair would also help .
I am sure you are catching plenty with this set up. Just got to check your tails for gold getting past the sluice to decide
What powers the shaker? A generator?

I agree but it depends if the area you're on have very fine gold or a little more chunky pieces, I have two claims and one of them have fine gold and the other have bigger gold, a flare would be nice👍
I have a Honda 2kw that powers the shaker and the conveyor, the conveyor isn't ready in this vid but you can watch my other vids if you are interested. Thanks for your comments👍

Arnie Bowie Thanks!! Last summer it was tested on another claim (you can see it in my other film) but this year all the papers are processed so now we have 10 more years to dig. I hope i will be finished building my small conveyor so i can bring it with me this year.

If you are at the claim when we are there i will contact you and you can come over and have a looksee, the shaker engine works fine, it haven't been any problem so far and it's the 3 season in Lemmenjoki👍😀

Your expanded, raised mesh is back wards that's why its running smooth over those areas, they need to be facing backwards, or up sluice.

Looks great buddy, but that kind of water pressure going down your sleece with that big of a system is going to wash your gold out in between wheelbarrow low. You're going to have to time those no more than 10 15 seconds apart. From Clean to dump

I södra Småland. (mycket jord och sand men också cirka 2 x 2 centimeter stora stenar men också större stenar som är lika stora som en knytnäve)

En annan sak jag har grubblat på är hur mycket vatten man ska använda. Jag har tänkt att använda cirka 14000 l/timmen till den jorden jag ska använda för det är ju inte så mycket stenar som ska tvättas. Har jag rätt?
