I wish the designers had made the Thumper character model look exactaly just like how he appeared of the movie instead of making him look like the other grasshopper character models of this game!
Now that i'm watching this level, i'm remembering how terrifying this level was for me! This level was scarier than Level 2! I don't know how i found the bravery to get past this level but it was very scary. The music, the picture they used as the title card, Thumper's screech, the way Flik calls Thumper "psycho!"... Um, like, did the game developers forget they were making a children's video game at the time they designed this level?
You know, only now I can appreciate the design of the boss levels. You want to beat the boss? That's real easy. But 100% the level? That's actually pretty tough to do.
That's pretty much the whole point of the game. Getting to the end of the level isn't the point of the game, it's at least trying to get most the collectables.
Supposedly,I found it online. It said to hold the r1 trigger,press x oo and l2 and a chime or some noise would signify you did the code right. Then you would have 99 lives,but I couldn't get it to work at all.
Either Molt should've been the boss here (where he gets knocked out instead of die) or this should've been Thumper part 1 and have Thumper be the boss in Level 12.

I don't think I ever beat this level as a kid, from sheer terror.
Such an intense theme for a grasshopper so terrifying. Thumper is merciless, but you do have room to avoid him.
