No man , Shoib Akhtar at his peak was literally unplayable and consistently bowled around 95mph. He didn't bowl just one fast ball he was extremely fast at the beginning of his career. Yes there was a bowler who was faster than pindi Xpress that was Mohd Zahid from Pakistan. Unfortunately he was injured badly when he had played just few matches and could not continue his career.
