Human dory looks almost like she's wearing a wetsuit, like she was SCUBA diving or something. I don't think it is a wetsuit, but that's what it makes me think of 😊

Some people tend to have a better grasp on something than others, meaning that they would require less training but with said "training" they will be able to go above and beyond what they were originally able to do. Depends on the person, maybe if someone were to ask her personally we would know how many years of discipline or training that she received on this skill
