Out of all the candidates - this guy! This is your man! What he said resonated with me, something along the lines not making them the best student but the best student they can be... then hearing his wife speak about him, she got me crying! Every school needs a Mr Swezey and every teacher should want to be a Mr Swezey... God bless this man! Patience is truly a virtue! For the time those students are in his class, I bet every one of them believe they are the only one! No one is perfect but we can teach our children they can be the most perfect version of themselves!
