Night inside a Tiger Reserve on a Watchtower ! Periyar Tiger Reserve | ATR DAY 104 & 105

In this video, we stayed overnight in the middle of a tiger reserve, perched on a watchtower.
Throughout the night, we enjoyed observing the stars and even spotted a few porcupines.

Stayed there last week one night in pug mark tiger trail tent. Saw 4 to 5 herds of elephants in our trekking. It was wonderful.

You missed out on a lot. You should watch the open area right in front of the watchtower at night. Many animals, including Ghors, sambar deer, wild boars, and elephants, gather there.

Firstly, please enjoy nature…If you get wild animals just take it as a bonus…don’t expect animals here on a normal Jeep safari… because they can sense you far kilometres away…

Just because you can’t see animals, doesn’t mean they don’t see you! They are all around you, watching, avoiding and assessing you. Some are prey animals, they avoid you. Some are predators, they assess you to see if you will fight or flee!

Too much focus on cat sighting. You miss out on the experience of walking in this pristine wilderness. If you're silent while walking instead continously talking into camera, maybe you could see more. You're not giving your viewers the true experience of how beautiful this forest is.
