This was one of the first ever games I played on PS1. Can't wait to feel the Nostalgia watching this. Appreciate the effort you put into these videos 🙏
As a young young kid, I could never get past the first 1-2 levels. I'm glad longplay videos like this exist so I can actually see what the rest of the game looked like 😅
It was hard. Early on, I realised you could tweak the difficulty with different sets of passwords. You can make a very easy game mode, a easy mode and hard mode too.
This was such a good game. I totally forgot about my childhood memories playing this, until the word “pandemonium” came up in a show, got me back to this!
I remember myself and my sister playing this game at my grandmothers house. And i was like frustrated cuz it was complicated for me to play it. So we had this rules that who ever loses its characters lives will take turns to playing. But it turns that my sister got to play and finish the game. I was like laying on the couch , eating and supporting my sister 🥰🤗
I really liked how they had a 2D game on a rail in a 3D world that like...actually moved in 3D space. People make side-scrolling platformers using 3D all the time but then they just stick the camera on 1 plane and call it a day. Just because your character only moves in 2 dimensions doesn't mean your whole game has to live there; If you're using 3D assets you've got a whole extra dimension set up, might as well use it for _something._
This is my first game in ps1.. It was bundling with the console.. When see the first level, it was stunning.. Seing this its so nostalgic, Thank you for uploading this game
Ahhh pandemonium...! Seeing this brings so much nostalgia.. and sadness at the same time. I was around 12 when I played it on the psx. It was the time when southpark started to air. this game was liked the 5th or 6th game that I got for my psx. Life was better, easier, less complicated. Sure, I had problems, worries and downs at that age, but compared to my adulthood, they feel minor and easy to manage and they went away fast or I "didnt take them home with me". Nowadays every day is problemsolving, seeing unsure futures etc.. I hate it. what I wouldnt give to relive those days again. When I was 14, I thought my adult life would be better then that of my parents, the truth is: its worse
I loved this as Child so much. i also falled in Love whit that Girl she was so cute and Reminded me abit Leeloo from fift Element^^ and i miss that Time No DLC, No Known Bugs, no Unecessary Erotic Scenes in Game etc.^^
Fun fact that the frontman of Information Society was a programmer on this game. Not sure if he contributed to the soundtrack because you can hear some decent tunes on this.

Oh wow a whole gameplay! Doesn't matter you still have to have those reflexes! Damn.. Could never get past level 2, but I was 7? And this was much harder than Rayman! So my dad was the one who bought this and came a lot further, but this is a very hard game in fact, you have to think very fast, sometimes it goes fastfastfast and sometimes you die because you go too fast. This (and games before this like snake and very old pc games) was also how I learned to say "I died" without it it meant dying. So meeting death irl at ten was like uh, theres something called death and they ain't coming back and then you cried and stuff because you suddently felt life hit you in the face and it didn't mean the same anymore. Especially someone close at a young age, your brain really didn't comph what death rly was. Vacay? How long do I cry? What is moving on. I remember feeling different about dying in games or play with kids for some reason and it rather became "i lost" or something then dying for me since i met death so young and so close up.
My favorite song is the one from phase 14 part 1. And the graphics from phase 14 15 and 16 are the most beautiful 😍. Does anyone know how I can download this game with the track?
A surprisingly good 2.5D platformer. It's not an all time classic but the background graphics particularly early doors were very impressive at the time. Worth checking out
I have been looking for this game for years! Thanks to @caddicarus doing a random skit, I found it! And thanks for playing this all in one go fulfilling my childhood dream of seeing the ending! I was only 7 at the time and could never beat it
i remember bla bla trolls ins space hovering, KEEP IT TO YOURSELVES you throw your memories into an unthankful ocean. The cool thing about pandemonium, which was one of the games on the hunt to kick mario 64 from the throne or to at least counter..was the depth and the feeling of scale.
This was one of the first games i’ve played with my father..
Now that he is not here with us anymore, it reminds me any good time spent with him.. ❤️
Dude same, this game was tripy af... but we loved it and had all secret codes written on game booklet. What a time...
comments like this are literally on every single longplay for a video game.
I love this comment. I did the same with my dad.
That’s my story
same shit

same bro with tekken and zero divide. I forget it existed but the nostalgia hit hard
You really think you can fall.haa!
Puzzle, action,RPG,shoot em up.well played.
Freeze and shatter? I never got that far

This game deserve a remake 👍

SAME!😂
How about just playing it again?
This and Tomb Raider 1 were the first games I ever saw played on the PlayStation back as a child in the 90s. It was love at first sight!
Music at 46:15 ❤
Something so creepy and mystical about these old 90s games, they don't make em like this anymore.
I can't put my finger on it but I agree. Wonder if we can figure out what it is
Another one of these creepy PS1 games is Rascal, it also has that creepy thing that we can't put our finger on @@smwg4187
I can't believe I actually played this when I was younger and completed it!! Some of those levels look tricky to navigate now😂
This was such a good game. I totally forgot about my childhood memories playing this, until the word “pandemonium” came up in a show, got me back to this!
Nothing brings me more nostalgia than the music at 13:31 - I close my eyes and smile everytime i hear it. That whole level is nostalgic bliss
I remember myself and my sister playing this game at my grandmothers house. And i was like frustrated cuz it was complicated for me to play it. So we had this rules that who ever loses its characters lives will take turns to playing. But it turns that my sister got to play and finish the game. And probably begging her to play every 1 minute. " can I play now?"
Man, by PS1 standards that opening cutscene is amazing!

This was a source of nightmares for me as a child I literally thought the spike trap from the staircase would come into my room randomly as a kid
@@levipayne801 gave me nightmares too when u had to go into the mouth thing but I'm older now .... I'm watching the gameplay in the day😅
@nickfung-chung2239 funny thing is this was scary to me but I had absolutely zero issue with Resident Evil/Silent Hill/Parasite Eve
@@nickfung-chung2239 and I'm really more of a Die Hard Trilogy kinda guy anyway
Ah nostalgia at its finest. 👍💯
The spring jump sounds say no lol but there’s worse
I wish they made games like this now❤
More 2.5D platformers needed for sure.
They still do my friend 💰📀🇯🇲
I never forgot about this game!

En mi memoria de cuando lo jugué tiene unos gráficos espectaculares. Juegazo que debería tener remake.
The music at 24:29 is so good.
Probably my favourite game of all time.
The blasphemy of him not getting the freezeball at 2:42💀
Right at the start if you jump and hit the bridge there's a secret power up.
Omg the nostalgia. This was my FAVORITE!!! Game!
It was beautiful game
Used to love this game as a little kid staying up late on weekends wrighting down the passwords🙌
I remember watching my sister play this when I was just a kid 🥰 I never forgot it
the forgotten masterpiece of childhood, still my favorite game! There are a lot of nice memories there🥲
first levels are beautiful and chills. Towards the end becomes a nightmare
1:50:49 FUCK this part
Omg totally!!!
Best credits ever. I remember playing this as a kid and all the fun I had.
Omgggg so many good memories ❤I wish I can play again with my sister
I used to play this and blast my Christina Aguilera cd
It is interesting how much memory "cleans" graphics. And music, the music i slowly remember it all. Used to play this with my mother.
It's not your memory, old crt screens blurred the image making low resolution graphics look a lot better.
My favourite game on the PS1 totally original. Nothing like it since ...wish they'd do a PS4 version or 5
We were kids and that game is memory in mind for me and my sisters
24:26 A Disco Rave in an Australian cave? Only in a 90's platformer can that happen xD
One of the first ps1 games I had was a great game still have it in my collection
19:17 OMG I loved speed greed and was very difficult to complete 😅this give me chills
Wooow!! I remember the last boss but I can't remember if I defeated the eye!!! I NEED TO PLAY IT AGAIN!!!
Still holds up even today
Damn I loved that game
Oh, the nostalgia!! I remember playing this every Saturday and Sunday mornings growing up, and the hours just flew by. Good times!
This is so nostalgic! I’d already forgotten the music… My goodness, thanks a lot!
Childhood just came flooding back thankyou what a video 🙏👌🏼
I loved this as Child so much. i also falled in Love whit that Girl she was so cute and Reminded me abit Leeloo from fift Element^^ and i miss that Time
No DLC, No Known Bugs, no Unecessary Erotic Scenes in Game etc.^^
The jesters voice sounds so much like Clavicus Vile from skyrim. As soon as I heard 'boon' I was like, I know that voice
I loved this game when I was younger wish I could play it again
Fun fact that the frontman of Information Society was a programmer on this game. Not sure if he contributed to the soundtrack because you can hear some decent tunes on this.
What a wonderful memory😢. I wish I could go back those times. I had all the time in the world without any responsibilities.
Gracias por traernos estos recuerdos de juventud, que palizas de jugar que me he pegado con los amigos jugando a este juego 😅
This game makes me think of my nana. She was a gamer who loved playing this along with Crash Bandicoot. I miss her dearly. ❤
Here in December 2024
So angelic and diabolic at the same time, a real magical game
Boing sound , crunch sound awesome.

~13:58 to ~15:16 (and again later) - audio bug?
Yes, this is precisely how it looked on our televisions as kids. Thank you.
Omg I love this game. Nice video.
This makes me so happy. This is the first PlayStation game that I beat. Loved it ❤️❤️
loved this game
Wow. Been searching for this for years.....takes me back!!!!
@@lee-tom92 they need to make this game an app :)
The graphic was great for psx era back then
I used to love this game when I was younger.
We need this on ps5
YEA!
when you threw the first board there was a statue and you forgot to swing it to the other side there was a super power
Esse jogo na época eu joguei demais , fiquei doido com os gráficos e jogabilidade . Pra época.
For some reason the sound tends to mute and unmute in the *Dungeon Tower* level ..
Fantastic platform game ever

Sensacional. Joguei até a fase 11, adorei ver as outras também e matar a saudade. ❤ Parabéns, difícil reviver essas coisas de forma completa.

Decent animations too
@@jonbaxter2254 Yeah. It's a good little game from Crystal Dynamics. Love the 2.5 backgrounds
I miss the old on rails 3d games like the Pandemoniums, everyhing is too open world nowdays.
Mann, this game was so difficulty for me when was a kid... Good times
Its insane to see the intro to this game because when i was a little kid playing on the PS1 i didnt know any english yet
Yo lo jugaba en mi SEGA Saturn🤘🏻😎
game needs a remake
Honestly thought I dreamt this game up, no one else I knew played it!
Me gusta mucho este canal, tiene muy buenos gameplays y eso es un poco difícil de encontrar en TH-cam
in my mind this game was mutch more great, full, faster, and darker, when i was a kid
Omg, un juegaso en su tiempo la verdad que lo disfrute mucho
Clássico
I remember playing this at my friend's house! We never beat the final boss for some reason.
This was the first ever 3D side scroller platform game I'd ever seen
This game was at a hotels game room i stayed at as a child. England - Torquay
Few days ago, I was thinking about this game when I was a child.
Juegazo,me recuerda mucho la infancia de ps1 ,saludos desde Argentina
i watched the whole thing because i love my gaming childhood
Ps1 was my childhood hate I missed out on this series both games look awesome
Does the sound cut out for level 3 or is it just me?
I have been looking for this game for years! Thanks to @caddicarus doing a random skit, I found it! And thanks for playing this all in one go fulfilling my childhood dream of seeing the ending! I was only 7 at the time and could never beat it

This was the one and only game that got my attention and I’ve ever played and completed it 😅😮 my 18s summer all the way 🤓
