Why there is no expert of penal from Kargil since we are talking about Ladakh as a whole. I think it would be inclusive growth as it may lead to disputes in may level of sentiment of both the district in future.

A good programme, discussion on 6th Schedule merit n demerits is our prime needs of time. So we can come to a consencious. Better to invite a constitutional expert.

Really a owesome job had done by press club of leh despite of being a unhealthy pocket they organised this debate on schedule sixth it was more fruitful if question raisers directly raising their questions to the panels instead of explaining and try to keep a discipline little bit.
Need of the day is to put this demand Infront of parliament before end of the session atleast we will come to know the attitude of apex government and we will make a best plan according to that in future like need for protests or not sending delegations will be best or not, writing articles Will make further this burning demand strong or not,how we can put pressure to the apex government etc etc.
Yes, indeed the matter/memorandum regarding 6th schedule has already been submitted to the Govt. But we haven't received any updates. So,the general public is in distress and concern as they feel neglected by the Govt. meaning that there is hardly any chance to get 6th schedule. So, therefore a 3 way action plan was proposed by ka Sonam Wangchuk in earlier/part-1 video.

They have already sent the memorandum but then again, the rumours and misinformation on social media was the main reason to organize this debate so that the general public can also understand the gravity of the situation and as Ka Sonam wangchuk was way ahead of all the leaders/experts in successfully executing the plan, he also had a 3 way action plan which he clearly described in the first video.

People of Leh or Kargil are using zanskarpas people's as servent like Chadar seasons now comes up trekking majority agency control my rich people of Leh itself but poter or other are giving to zanskar pa but not showing important to zanskar.
Our demand are old as UT ladakh status but VI schedule are too new...!!

Im IAS qualified recently know much about 6th schedule. LISTEN FACT
6thschedule leads elemation of lahdc which dosent matter. Instead we get safe guard to all lands private n barren lands as well as jobs. Over all our own ladakhi will grow on our own land.
Note Definition of development vary to state to state. Thus saying 6th scheduled is hindrance for development is wrong
But there's a hole in the 6th schedule to which BJP is adamant and confused about its power when implied. Under 6th schedule the safeguard/protected land is only for the forest land and Ladakh has only q meagre 1% of it.
Others are trying to convince that through various amendments that they can modify the 6th schedule as to our will and include private + barren land protection under it.

When we won't stand against the tyrant government of shah and modi and their divisive policies , CAA , which is creating mayhem all around the country, and are organise seminars with RSS , and remain silent just because the modi govt fullfilled the long coveted demand of UT ,we should not expect the whole of the country to pay heed to our demand.
