I am from Arunachal and I think that along with this, there should be a strong CBI and other law enforcement agencies's presence. Many people keep the money that were supposed to be used for schools, hospitals etc. Corruption is a HUGE problem.
I'm from arunachal and i don't really feel the inclusion of arunachal in the sixth schedule will do any wonder. As an arunachalee we want ownership of our natural resources that is nowhere mentioned in articlle 371H. So as an individual i would prefer an amendement in article371H at far with article371A of nagaland that gurantees owner of natural resources and other safeguards.. Demerits of inclusion in sixth schedule will be mushrooming of demands for autonomous councils which is not a healthy sign.

It creates havoc among tribal people. 2. Indigenous people ain't among the one demanding for it. It's the ruling govt manifesto.( For extra info. the land area present govt seeking for Autonomous body belong to home town of current CM) 3. This idea of sixth schedule is mere a political agenda rather than meagring indigenous tribal land upliftment( divide and rule agenda) 4. Land/area seeking for Autonomous body is already very much developed compared to rest of area in Arunachal infact more developed than capital city Itanagar. 5. There is always harmony among indigenous tribal people but with this act already a sense of chaos and uproar is pledged among people. 6. With regards to ideology of Mahatma Gandhi like wise u said autonomous body is meant for development for that particular area/region and people seeking for it as their rights but here the case is completely opposite. If u check the history behind the rest of sixth scheduled states it's the indigenous people seeking to their respective govt for Autonomous body . 7. Crux of story is let people live in peace and harmony. We the people of Arunachal Pradesh are at ease with our divergent and vibrant indigenous tribal culture. Ps: I don't have issue with other states or UTs for sixth scheduled

Government should provide financial help instead of reservation . There should be same opportunity in government employment for scheduled caste as well as general caste. Reservation is discouraged the ganeral students. Government should also keep remember the interest of general students.

Sir don't you think that not allowing any Indian citizen from outside the states of Arunachal, Nagaland, Mizoram to settle permanently in these states is discriminatory. I mean govt should at least set some criteria to allow those people to settle in the state who have spent a considerable amount of time living in these states, like 15 years as in the case of J&K, or maybe 20 years. Even a foreigner can get citizenship in India after 11 years, but no Indian from outside of these states can dream of living here permanently. A complete NO in the name of protection seems discriminatory

We should put all sensitive states ad uts in 6th schedule like ladakkh, jammu Kashmir because it will make ensure that every region of these states and UTs are the parts of India and then China, Pakistan would feel a slap.
