I had a friend who glorified instinct and mentioned it constantly. He was raised by physically abusive drug addicts and always had trouble getting ahead in life. Eventually the fear consumed him and he became more and more alone. He also expressed violent thoughts often in public. I understand, since much of my fear/anxiety/distrust/misanthropy also comes from an abusive childhood, but luckily I haven't been consumed by it. I had to get away from him despite how he was the closest friend I ever had and vice versa.
Toph had trouble with ang light feet and floating, she wouldnt handle zaheer well if he is flying and blasting her. Dont get me wrong toph would destroh tenzin and most characters stronger than zaheer, hell she cou'd beat the red lotus apart from zaheer by herself. But zaheer is a hard counter against hzr

I'm talking about basic Anime style of dialogue and art , it has similarities but for the most part this acts like no anime I've ever seen . Not to mention its refered as an American Cartoon series wherever I looked it up as a kid , not sure of that changed nowadays but yeah . it just has Asian culture in it and Great Fighting Sequences with the martial arts of each Element . But again that's nothing new for American Characters like Iron Fist , Chang shi , or batman who all learn from Asian tradition even despite social themes each one talks about . It was very brutal how P'li died when you think about it. It was quick and she probably didn't feel anything, but just imagine how her body looks after. Her head is actually disintegrated.
