dandruff actually appears because of the yeast that forms on our scalp and the yeast comes from going too long without washing your hair. So to prevent dandruff you need to prevent the build up of yeast meaning wash your hair more often.
It’s true. Not everyone can use oil on their scalp for any length of time. Yeast loves oil.

Gurl i am trinidadian ( west indian ) but my roota are all indian roots. I use to have the longest , thickest hair as a child growing up cuz uk how brown mums be😂 they dont cut your hair as they believe it will thin it out . My dad use to only trim my hair on a full moon as he believed it will make it thicker ( just typical cultural beliefs ) i made the mistake as a young teen to chop it off 🤷🏽♀️ i have nothing but regrets since then!!! This video is a life saver!!! Please do one on how to get your curls back. My curls are gone after using a flat iron like every day as a teen🤦🏽♀️Thank you muahh😘
