Yessss totally agree. Loved the product but barely lasted longer than a month! :-p I didn't even use it for the entire brow like Jaclyn did. Only the inner corner to the arch!ha :-p The tail of my brow I was using dipbrow. Now I just use two colors of dipbrow to achieve it cause it lasts SO much longer! Sad times...
Absolutely, too quick. I found a drug store dupe from Annabelle. Exactly the same, cheaper and lasts longer. The only draw back is the colour range is limited but I found one that works for me.
Ya I also agree about the MAC brow pencils!haha I tried those first, which was why I was so excited about trying the Anastasia ones. Maybe I'll give it another shot. Just kills me so much that they're even more expensive than the dipbrow from her (only by a few dollars I believe), which I STILL haven't run out of & it's been months. I just want the wiz to be the "be all, end all" for me... boo :-p
I had the same problem! so I finally just got the dipbrow since it's cheaper and I think that'll last me my whole life!! You get your money's worth from that one :)
i use it every day and it lasts me 3-4 months! Pretty good amount for me

This may be a weird request, but could you maybe do a video showing how to apply blush, bronzer, and highlighter? I feel like my contour is always too low and my blush is never where it should be. Plus I have some acne so maybe I just shouldn't wear blush? Idk lol help me girl!! Love you :)
I second this blush/bronzer request! I feel like I'm not applying it right. Plus I'm on some new topical acne medications and they're making my skin red and blotchy, so when I put blush on, it looks crazy!
Yaaaasss yas yas yaaasssd please I havr tried to many dif. Brushes with so many different blushes and it comes out blotchy and like weird gaps?! Is it my skin?
I totally agree with you Amber!! This video was a HUGEEEE help! But i struggle a bit in the area of blush/bronzer too.. I can never get it right! Plus i always get little breakouts on my cheeks but I still love blush! I don't wanna break up with cheek make up lol!!

you are too legit to quit. literally every other you tuber i watch is inconsistent, like sometimes their makeup doesn't blend or look good every time, but yours is FLAWLESS everytime and your brows have come a long way since i first started watching you, i love it. i love you, i wish you nothing but great things and i cannot wait to see you blow up in the makeup industry, so much talent!
Again, like your last brow video, this was really useful. What I like about this video and why I kept watching: the cuts were not fast. You gave us a very clear shot of what you were doing, and allowed us to focus silently in with you while you were sculpting your brows with your concealer so we could see and study your process. That is awesome, and infinitely useful. You're a good teacher, and also you were very patient and clear with us. I love that I learned something. So a million thanks for your useful advice, and for taking the time to teach us this vital beauty information.

Jaclyn's eyebrows exactly as eyebrows should be. I'm a brow expert so I do feel I have the knowledge to comment. Warm tones are never good in brows unless you are a natural redhead with pale freckled skin. They will just look orange on everyone else. Jacklyn's brown are an exact match for her face tone and shape. If she came to me in the salon, that's exactly the colour I would give her. As for application and shape, that's an individual choice, again, I think Jaclyn has nailed it. X
Ugh I was using the wrong Anastasia shade for an entire year in their pomade and pencil. It looked so, so wrong but I couldn’t see it until thankfully my best friend cares enough to tell me they looked orange toned

The pencil is WAY easier to use.

The dipbrow is foolproof... a 5 year old could use it and her brows would still look good haha. Plus it's a little bit cheaper!
I use the dipbrow and it's so easy to use
I use the pomade only because my eyebrows are a terrible shape. They require a lot of coverage because naturally they have a lighter and darker colors, at the same time. And the "tails" are like 3 hairs.. I think the pomade is better for those whom need more coverage like me.

I plucked my brows into oblivion years back and am so grateful to have the Brow Wiz Pencil. As far as allergy tips, I've found that placing a few air purifiers around my house helped curb some of my symptoms.

Jaclyn, have you ever tried using an auburn eyebrow pencil/powder to match your hair? I used to do that when I had red hair and sooo many people thought my hair colour was natural because of my eyebrows! Try it some day!
I just read your comment below saying you don't like to match your eyebrows to your hair but oh my goodness you have to try a slightly auburn brow, I would get the auburn powder from AllNaturalFace haha sorry to sound pushy I just want to see you with auburn brows soooo bad- it would be stunning!

Jaclyn, your videos have really inspired me to break free from my same old makeup routine. I'm just having an issue fully understanding the techniques, let alone accomplishing them. It seems no matter how many videos I watch, I just can't seem to figure it out. I'm always finding myself attempting a new style/color/etc to only get frustrated & give up. I've recently become obsessed with wanting to learn how to contour/highlight. The only problem is I'm not familiar with any products/brushes/tools to get started. My daily makeup routine is literally bronzer, eye shadow, liquid liner & mascara. I was wondering if you could suggest a few products/brushes that are MUST haves to get a basic contour & highlighted look. It would mean a lot to hear back from you, you're literally a makeup queen. Thank you :)
I know this is weird but I never fill in my eyebrows because I feel like they're wayyy to big and that will just accentuate them. (I do get them threaded, but only to their natural shape) But I think I will try this! I never thought of going with the natural grain, either.
Oh & also, I've been loving your eye makeup and the colors you've been using! I've seen a lot of comments of people asking you to stop doing peachy/redish eye color tutorials, but I just wanna say that I love your vids with those colors, and they look so beautiful with your eye color:)

Madeleine Wilson ***** I have really thick and dark brows too, and I also used to never fill them in because it would look way too intense. For a few years now I've liked filling them in with a light ash toned taupe/blonde eye pencil to even out the shape of them and it looks really natural and subtle. I recommend trying it out if you want to do something with your brows! (:
I agree; I have thick brows BUT they are very light in color, so when I fill them in, it does look pretty intense. But I am a dramatic eye mu sorta gal, so in my opinion, having the brows + a full face of makeup balances out everything enough for me. Lol.

Jaclyn, you can get Amrita Eucalyptus Radiata at your health food store to help calm your allergies. It's an essential oil that will open your airways and has many respiratory healing properties. Try using it through a scent bug diffuser, you can purchase at bed bath and beyond, make a room spray and apply to your pillow, and inhale right from the bottle. This is a great all natural option that DOES work. I'm asthmatic and this has literally been a life saver! Hope you find some relief!

Any tips for helping the hair grow back in after years of over plucking/waxing. I went through that whole chola brow faze, now I've let them grow in but the very front and tail don't really grow in as thick, maybe a few hairs in the front and they end up looking weird so I end up plucking them so my brows start at my tear duct.
I've never used this personally but I've seen a LOT of people recommend castor oil, you basically apply it to your brows every night before you go to bed :) hope this helps

Don't know if this will help you but I've stopped waxing and started threading. Like yourself, I went through years of being too overzealous with my brows. I have mine threaded once a month because I wanted them to grow back to their original full state, but I also wanted to train them in a certain way, if that makes sense. It's a long process but it's working for me.
Good ol' Vaseline has done wonders for my brows and lashes!! It just conditions them the same way castor oil and vitamin e oil does so they grow in fuller and faster. It really helped train my brows to lay a certain way too!!

I started taking oil of oregano liquid gels and I haven't had any bad allergies or sickness at all! Usually right here when the seasons change, I get sick! But I haven't (yet) and I definitely recommend the oil of oregano. Also, if you go to a local honey farmer, let them know about your specific allergies and they will actually give you honey that works with the season to help your allergies. Love it! :)

Also I use honey as a facial wash, it's a great moisturizer. I have extra dry skin and if it's really dry and flaky (specially during this season) I would exfoliate with some brown sugar and honey wash that off then follow up with some olive oil. This is the best thing I have found for my dry skin.

Woodfield overall is amazing but Mac is my most definite favorite part about it! Probably because I can't get enough of MAC haha. I remember being a really little kid and putting a ton of their lipsticks on while my sister was with an artist and by the time we left I looked like I ate a dozen lipsticks because it was all over my face! Then I started collecting them when I was older and I havent stopped since! People hate on my collection sometimes but hey I pay my rent first before anything! :) Thanks for commenting Jaclyn! Hey Jaclyn! A few things that I have done is take 1 tablespoon of RAW/NATURAL honey that is from your region. Honey has antibacterial properties and it will build your antibodies to those seasonal allergies you have. Also there are natural products that you can take to get rid of those allergies as well. It's a product line called Plexus and there are multivitamins and other natural products that have relieved many peoples allergies. Let me know if you're interested in learning more about Plexus products. Other than that, try the RAW/NATURAL honey from your area. 😃

To be fair, and this is only my experience, I would probably start crying like a baby if I saw Jaclyn. i also use the Anastasia Beverly Hills, and they provide incredible tips! they can tell you where the end, arch, and inside corner should go. also, i'm super lazy, and if you buy the kit that comes with a wax, shadow, and highlight, it also comes with a brush and STENCILS!! the stencils are incredible! you just figure out which one is best for your shape (they helped me there) and then you hold it up and fill it in like you're coloring. Also, the stencils are great for tweezing and waxing. if you use the stencil and fill in the color very dark, you can use it as a guide to find the stray hairs. hope this helps!

Jaclyn, not sure if you're familiar with essential oils, but there's a company I buy from called Young Living. If you get the "Thieves" essential oil, it's AH-mazing for strengthening back up your immune system. I always always use it if I feel anything coming on and it's gone by the next day! I do either a drop under the tongue or a drop in a glass of water. I'm totally against taking meds so this is always my go-to!
