Lol but I just want to know if you use a stronger developer like a 30 or 40. It looks like a Ginger color and that's the color I'm trying to get it.

Did you layer that box dye job with a semi-rinse? I noticed that once the hair was dyed, the first application created an ashy brown color, and then I noticed you added a richer red color for the second application... That's usually how I achieve my desired color...box dye, bleach some areas for highlights, and finish with a semi-rinse for color intensity...
Dye should not be rubbed on the skin! You should protect the skin! Rub Vaseline around hairline first, then apply dye, and apply long cotton strip (keeps dye from leaking onto skin) around hairline, then cover.

Most box color has 40 to 50 vol in them so that no matter how dark the hair is it will still lift. Either way it's the aftercare that matters most. Keep it moisturized and use color safe paraban free shampoo and conditioners
Box hair dyes has a lot of metallic dyes in them. The color is very pretty however check out the professional beauty supply in your area and buy the permanent color and developer for a more healthier method. Also even if it’s not an actual form of powder lightener, the hair is still being lifted and depositing that gorgeous copper color. And mostly likely the developer is 20-30 volume. Nonetheless keep up the good work and continue to expand your knowledge.
If i want to dye my hair honey blonde but my roots are still a brownish red from a previous dye do i do the roots first since they’re black and take longer to dye or do the colored part first then do the roots?

I've never seen a hairdresser or salon use a dye brought from the gro ery store as they say there not good.
Have you been to every hairdresser in the world?
I didn't go to school for my, I learnt it has I was colouring wigs in my shop.

It came out very nice. I have seen many dyed hair jobs with dyed scalp and skin where it wasn't rinsed enough.
