Enclave can work in warm weather with no issues. I’ve been wearing it in 85-90 degree FL weather in addition to wearing it to the gym and it works great.
I have enclave and I tried beach hut man. I totally agree with everything you said. Still, I m literally obsessed with enclave, so good, so warm, but in the end my favorite in amouage is jubilation xxv. That one is just perfection, unreachable, by far, by any parfumes I ve ever tried.
Beach Hut Man is superb. I wear it on the hottest of days here in Pittsburgh along with The Soft Lawn from Imaginary Authors. I haven't tried Enclave yet.

For me the Cardamom is what makes the Mint note absolutely irresistible. I'll be testing more with Beach Hut this month to see if I need a full bottle.

Ive got Beach Hut Man, a tester, it was a blind buy but I was right on. Thanks to your review I pulled the trigger. The green notes are what makes me gravitate towards it. It lasts forever and ever, AMEN.

I was originally prejudiced against enclave because I was against the idea of amber and mint being together. I also originally thought beach hut was too strong. Now they are two of my favorite fragrances, perfection. One mint for warmer, one for cooler. Divine.
Gosh I don't get mint from Beach Hut Man....??? Ok maybe a light mint but more of the other notes as you state. I do love this scent. I have a 100ml bottle.
I adore mint in fragrances! My favorite is First Sight by The Gate Fragrances Paris. It's this fabulous mix of lemonade, mint, and a sorbet note that makes you feel you're in summer garden having a treat!
I had a tester strip of Enclave that I had in my bag, and the warmth and beauty of the dry down is so nice. 2 days later and it’s still super strong on the paper, I only imagine that it lasts in clothes or jackets for a long time after spraying it.
I do miss the Christopher Chong days of Amouage. So much risk and reward. Unfortunately, Beach Hut Man was the last good fragrance I've smelled from the brand. Hopefully we'll all be rewarded in the future :-)
To my nose the mint is very off putting. It takes too much attention from the rest of the frag and it’s almost bitter possibly because of the myrrh. On the other hand Enclave is great with a smooth gentle mint. Enclave seems like more of a western frag while Beach Hut Man smells middle eastern.

In my opinion the enclave is a perfect spring fragrance! It’s smells so good, but there are other fragrances I would prefer in summer, where temperatures are above 28 degrees. For example the beach hut man :)
With regards to beach hut I must disagree with you about how liberally you can spray it in the heat. I live in south Florida. Very hot and very humid almost year-round. I own beach hut and can tell you that in high heat this thing goes nuclear. The bitterness goes into overdrive and can become overwhelming.
Bought it blind, but it is a bit dissapointing to me. No barbershop in my view of barbershop also no mint. It smells similar to a kitchencleaner i have.
If Magnum P.I. was a perfume it’d be Beach Hut Man😂 Probably why I like it best. Herba Fresca by Guerlain or Peppermint by Comme de Garçons are my favorite mint.

Beach Hut Man > Enclave IMO as well. It was a staple last summer on my rotation and will be this summer as well. Great for summer nights.
I havent gotten to try enclave yet. But beach hut is one of my absolute favorites along with bracken. Greens in different ways but both awesome.

I own Beach Hut and wear it regularly, but when I want a very fresh and realistic mint, I reach for Herba Fresca.

In my opinion, Enclave is an okay fragrance, But Beach Hut man is amazing. It's probably at a tie with Lyric man as my favourite from Amouage
DIA MAN and WOODS SYMPHONY are the best of Amouage in my opinion.

I think my favorite mint is Frederic Malle Geranium Pour Monsieur. Is the mint in BHM similar? Also is it a sweet mint?

Not really. The only similarity is the mint. Renaissance is brighter and Beach Hut Man is woodier.
