I really don’t like watching Tracy when she is on any of these new shows & usually turn it off quickly. This is just my little opinion, but she appears too arrogant, too cheerful when talking about the most despicable & very sad crimes. This isn’t a game, these are people’s lives. Where’s your sensitivity? She needs to grow up (coming from an almost 60 year old here, & imo)
He wasn’t an intruder. They set him up to come to the home. They posted something online some fetish thing. He was a total stranger used as a ploy. This is just like Mark Winger case in the 90s.
Husband got home and saw an unknown male stabbing his wife, he immediately called the nanny to shoot the intruder (probably with his own gun). I don’t understand who is trying to protect the unfaithful husband.
I hate when they ask why he layered up. Why wouldn't anybody lawyer up in any situation. The media is seriously the evil villain on our planet. They made it sound like getting a lawyer is an admission of guilt or something. Police will be your friend but the will also pretend. I hate seeing anyone who just wanted to do the right thing but instead get tricked into a prison sentence. Not all law enforcement is bad but its rare they will defend you in a court of law.
I read somewhere that the male victim went to the house for a date arranged via a dating app and it is not believed the female victim (the wife) ever had a profile on that dating app. So it would seem either the husband or the au pair faked the profile and set the man up. Has anyone else also come across this info/allegation?
GTFO this was a murder for hire. And they killed the man hired so he can’t talk. And they would live happily together. We’ll see this when electronic footprints come out.
I think the husband did shoot the intruder and the reason she the nanny is charged is because she's the only surviving person who conspired to commit a felony that resulted in him being shot
I bet I'm right they were burglarizing the house The Nanny and the guy that got killed probably the nanny was in the house and the investigators found evidence that they had conspired together and were able to charge her for his death
@@paulmoss4378i think you’re close. Because if dead guy is the one who stabbed the wife, while in the process of a burglary, then nanny would be charged with both murders. The wife and dead guy. Right?
Schwarzenegger had a son with a Nanny inside his own home correct? So it appears to me that's not a strange thing to happen, it's like a "normal' behavior.
My take is the husband and the nanny were having an affair. The intruder is sleeping around with the nanny as well or knows the nanny. Husband is on it and everything was plan. The truth will come to light!!
I know the likelihood is that there is some affair(s) going on, but isn’t possible that this really was a random robbery/stabbing, the nanny shot and killed the perpetrator, and the dad said it was him in self-defense so the nanny wouldn’t be deported in trying to save his wife?
No, actually, it's really obvious that he was set up by the husband & nanny so they could tidy up their murder of the wife and live happily ever after together.
This ex-CIA agent seems clueless to me, I have seen her many times before on this show, always left confused by her interviews! Okay, she was FBI, she said this area used to be her jurisdiction, a suburbia where hardly anything ever happens!
Nah. Brandon left for work, drove to a McDonald’s and waited for the nanny to call him. They both changed their phones days before. They likely made the “date” to lure Ryan and totally set him up to look like he was stabbing Christine. One or both shot Ryan and stabbed her to death. So unjust that Brendan Banfield is out living his life, working at the IRS.
I don't find impossible but I feel that would be very unlikely that a foreign just coming here and being here for such a short time would have competence enough to plan all of this.
I understand him lawyering up. Yall will just want to make an arrest and prosecutor just wants a conviction. Innocent people have been locked up for decades because of overzealous law enforcement
EXACTLY! I hate how they ALWAYS try to make the person who immediately “lawyers up” lol shady, or guilty because of it. You are an absolute fool if you ever go in to speak to the police because you know you are innocent and you just want to help out. Always retain counsel ESPECIALLY if you’re innocent.
I’d be interested in the relationship between the nanny and her employment duties..ie was she actually a nanny or perhaps a surrogate mother..it’s just a thought
I am an adult now. But what if I was a child of 10 years? What should I think about those insane adults? Only fighting, wars, bullying, ect and they should be responsible for a normal world , and they have to care for us children?
Really? Early on morning, a man arrives at the house shortly after the husband had left for work. The nanny immediately contacts the husband upon spotting a 'stranger' entering the house. When the husband returns, the 23-year-old nanny, who had never used a firearm before, seizes one from an FBI agent and shoots the intruder. Astonishingly, despite the husband admitting to the act during the phone call, it is the nanny who faces charges...
Correction, the husband is a double murderer. She stupidly had an affair with him and stupidly believes they are in love, but I'm sure she'll smarten up now that she's in custody and sing like a canary.

"Let's hire a out of this country, hot, young nanny, to live with us, and care for our children!"
Most other people:
"Um...let's just rely on family and maybe some local friends or accredited daycare, to care for our children!"
This is sad I feel bad for the child sad
I question the judgement of a woman that hires a young Brazilian “Nanny” to live in the home and take care of the children.
That would really test temptation
It’s ignorance
What a nasty thing to say, blaming the victim for being murdered. What a hateful and judgmental person you are.
Maybe she loved and trusted her husband? Is that not how it's supposed to be?
Why? What part is the problem to you? Her age? Her nationality? I don't get it. People do the same world over all of the time without incident.
Yeah she’s annoying 😂😂
I hate her.
23? She looks more like 29
6 years isn’t a lot in the grand scheme of things. Your joke would have more sting if you said 46
I would take this to trial because they just completely skipped over the husband???
He wasn’t an intruder. They set him up to come to the home. They posted something online some fetish thing. He was a total stranger used as a ploy. This is just like Mark Winger case in the 90s.
Sierra, good coverage. Good guest.
Not all law enforcement is bad but its rare they will defend you in a court of law.
lol it's so funny. You're watching law and crime About murderers murdering people.
And yet.
You come away with.
The media is evil.
lol right
Sure
Ok
This has to be one of the weirdest stories ever, as is always the case it seems when a CIA /FBI "guest" is in attendance lol.
The husband is FBI… so…
I read somewhere that the male victim went to the house for a date arranged via a dating app and it is not believed the female victim (the wife) ever had a profile on that dating app. So it would seem either the husband or the au pair faked the profile and set the man up. Has anyone else also come across this info/allegation?
GTFO this was a murder for hire. And they killed the man hired so he can’t talk. And they would live happily together. We’ll see this when electronic footprints come out.
Exactly..the nanny and the husband were a couple, people said she even post pictures of them on her Instagram.
Is Joseph Ryan the intruder ? Why was he there??
Yes. No idea. But maybe it’s a set up
How do you charge someone in a mysterious death
Uh...there's no mystery. She was stabbed to death. Thus, a homicide, which someone should be charged with.
I think he was having an affair with the nanny. The husband and the nanny probably planned this to happen.
@@paulmoss4378 Thank you! This makes sense.
@@paulmoss4378 Good deduction!
@@paulmoss4378i think you’re close. Because if dead guy is the one who stabbed the wife, while in the process of a burglary, then nanny would be charged with both murders. The wife and dead guy. Right?
Never ever bring a stranger in your home
Thanks Tracy!
Schwarzenegger had a son with a Nanny inside his own home correct? So it appears to me that's not a strange thing to happen, it's like a "normal' behavior.
Wtf is this case!? This is nuts.
My take is the husband and the nanny were having an affair. The intruder is sleeping around with the nanny as well or knows the nanny. Husband is on it and everything was plan. The truth will come to light!!
I’m glad I stayed home with my daughter I never wanted a stranger in my house I’m very private
Is that your roundabout way of smugly blaming the victim?
Poor lady caught in evil web.poor baby
No one slip a tongue to confess a murder they didnt do it.
His wife was beautiful! The aupair not so much… why
Is a lack of intelligence the reason people murdered the lady? Whoever murdered her thought he/she would get away with it.
When I ran across this video it said it was uploaded 23 minutes ago, same as the age of the suspect.
No Nannies that are not family people
U gotta watch out for “family” too. Haven’t u heard the stories?
Schwarzenegger had a son with a Nanny inside his own home correct? He was a family guy too
2 of my neighbors got spare nannies after having babies and both husbands left their wives and married the nannies.
I guess Schwarzenegger have some saying on that!
Oh really?? Boo hoo let's just blame the immigrant nanny for everything right?
Affair.
Im sure. SOme latino fever
Nanny + Hubby affair
I’d be interested in the relationship between the nanny and her employment duties..ie was she actually a nanny or perhaps a surrogate mother..it’s just a thought
Why would they need a surrogate? It shows pictures of the wife big pregnant, and I think they only had one child..
I am an adult now. But what if I was a child of 10 years? What should I think about those insane adults? Only fighting, wars, bullying, ect and they should be responsible for a normal world , and they have to care for us children?
R.I.P To Both People
Excellent coverage.
Oh come on everyone saw this on Law and Order. Just get proof. The nanny lured the man in
Astonishingly, despite the husband admitting to the act during the phone call, it is the nanny who faces charges...
the nanny seizes the firearm from which FBI agent?
@@PutinsMommyNeverHuggedHim The Husband, nanny's boss.
@@Bandole he’s not an FBI agent what are you talking about
You are opening the door to Temptation when one hires Young man or woman as a nanny.
the couple did have a chance to hire an American person or put the girl in day care .It was optional.
She has senpai eyes that nanny. Looks like she wanted the husband all to herself and lured her online friend over to take the fall.
Why this former CIA agent smiling all the time while talking about the horrific sad things
She’s a narcissist
Whoa, shes a double murderer. I hope the victims get justice. RIP
Correction, the husband is a double murderer. She stupidly had an affair with him and stupidly believes they are in love, but I'm sure she'll smarten up now that she's in custody and sing like a canary.
