Kolkata Style Alur Chop || মুচমুচে আলুর চপ তৈরির সহজ পদ্ধতি || আলুর চপ
Ingredients:
1. Boiled potatoes: 5-6 pcs
2. Chopped tomatoes: ½ cup
3. Chopped onions: 1 cup
4. Chopped green chilies: 3-4 pcs
5. Chopped coriander leaves: ½ cup
6. Ginger paste: 1 tspn
7. Garlic paste: 1 tspn
8. Mustard oil: 3-4 cups
9. Turmeric powder: ½ tspn
10. Red chili powder: ½ tspn
11. Kashmiri red chili powder: ½ tspn
12. Cumin powder: 1 tspn
13. Coriander powder: 1 tspn
14. Fried spices powder: ½ tspn
15. Garam masala powder: ½ tspn
16. Besan: 1.5 cup
17. Water: as required
Procedure:
1. Mash boiled potatoes.
2. Make potato stuffing with chopped vegetables and all spices.
3. Make a smooth batter with besan and water.
4. Make disc shaped aloo stuffings with all potato mixture.
5. Then put these discs in besan batter and coated it.
6. Then put them in hot mustard oil and fry.
7. After frying all aloo chop, enjoy with tea.
