In the anime and manga you actually do see Kuina’s body. The live action cut it out, it was also explained that she died because she fell down the stairs.
Now Garp's words in the past 3 eps regarding Luffy, StrawHat Pirate and the "Young Upstarts" needing a swift hand to put them back to their place..makes more sense right🫢

They didn’t really explain how she fixed in this but in the anime she feel down some stairs and she died. Something so simple yet so devastating. Adding to zorros pain because it wasn’t in battle or anything it was simply just an accident.
You can cut rubber. Rather easily in fact. Punching it does no good though. So Luffy's rubber body makes him immune to concussive force, but not cutting. He's just as vulnerable as anyone else to that.
I've watched a bunch of reactions and it's really surprised me how consistently people seem to think Luffy's basically invincible because he's rubber, even to cuts.
@@combogalis It's because of the bullet bouding he does early on. People think bullets are more powerful than knives, so therefore if bullets dont' hurt him the knives can't either. But physically, they are not the same kinds of things. Especially with old fashioned ball type ammunition.

I love that you guys picked up the references, like the wolf in sheep's clothing and Marry had a little lamb, most people only pick up Usopp as the boy who cried wolf. Also worth mentioning that Usopp's name is a reference to Aesop and also that uso means lie in japanese, so Usopp's name is a combination of a lie with a storyteller's name, which is just so perfect for his character
One Piece is a fun, touching and heartfelt adventure about freedom and friendship. I'm really glad the Live-Action adaptation has been so successful. It's definitely a long-term investment, but it really keeps your inner-child alive with it's embrace of silliness & creativity. Watching Haylo turn so red as she cracks up makes re-living it more fun lol
I don't know if anyone has told you guys yet but the Kuina story of how she passed wasn't shown in the anime as well and was said it was an accident but it was that she fell down some stairs and hit her head
Its so interesting seeing the reactions from people who know nothing about one piece. Glad you guys are liking it! Cant wait to see you react to the anime!

I've been noticing that 'Kiss' isn't using heavy (or any) makup anymore. Before you were like a bottle of Black Forest. High quality, pristine and clear. Now you are more like water from the actual Black Forest in germany. Clear, natural and pure. Certainly a change but a very welcome one! And btw... try to give Mr. Robot a shot. Highly recommend that series. Watch 15 minutes and if you aren't hooked by then, I'll donate 10$ for every minute you watched.
That panda you saw was an easter egg for one piece fans. It refers to Pandaman (the where is Waldo of one piece) , he is everywhere, if you can find him.
Things to note: The snails are "Transponder Snails". While blunt objects don't work, Luffy can still be cut and stabbed because you can cut and stab rubber.. Kuro does not have a Devil Fruit power, he's just naturally fast (basic things like superhuman strength and speed are pretty formula for One Piece). Kuina's death is super anticlimactic, having fallen down a flight of stairs, meant to show how sudden death can come for anyone, even those with great skill and potential.
I’m glad you guys saw the Panda. In the manga the author made a character called PandaMan and he sneaks him into the background all the time since the beginning
They likely skipped giving details to Kuina's death , because they wanted to avoid as much as possible , a can of worm . Namely a portion of fandom going crazy with weird theories and made up urban legends , about Kuina going through suicide , and it being hidden as accident . And then you got another level of crazy with people believing her to be alive , despite her body displayed at her funeral in both manga and anime , for another reason that should not be spoiled
Pandas hidden in the backgrounds are an ongoing Easter egg within one piece anime (not sure about the manga) over 1,000 episodes and they are always still popping up so keep an eye out for them
Just so yall know, the dojo master in Zoro's flashbacks is Kuina's father. He might seem suspicious bc of the focus of the camera but that's just to emphasize his reaction or lack thereof, I guess. It's actually baffling why they didn't blatantly clarify that he's her father in OPLA though, bc it does make him look kinda sus lol
Kuina literally fell down the stairs and died. The tragedy of her death is that it can happen in the most mundane and random times. So gotta make the best of every second you have. Also the sword sensei of Zoro’s was actually Kuina’s father. No weird vibes.

Now Garp's words in the past 3 eps regarding Luffy, StrawHat Pirate and the "Young Upstarts" needing a swift hand to put them back to their place..makes more sense right🫢
Love this show brings you guys such joy. One Piece is a show that legit just makes the audience smile.
As a one piece anime fan, Listening to “we go” as they sail the going merry for the first time, let me tell you. I near damm cried like a baby, what an amazing moment
We Are*. We Go is a later one :)
Usopp, known liar, said it was the fastest ship. It is, actually, just a regular ship.
OMG we should've known 😂
@@HayloAndKiss The fact that he fooled you is trademark Usopp's character :D :D
The "snail phones" are called "Transponders"
A thing I haven't seen a reactor catch: We were told the Going Merry was the fastest ship in the East Blue... By Usopp.
The liar.
😅
They didn’t really explain how she fixed in this but in the anime she feel down some stairs and she died. Something so simple yet so devastating. Adding to zorros pain because it wasn’t in battle or anything it was simply just an accident.
16:25 being rubbery only protects him from blunt damage not from cutting damage
Five through eight are the best episodes of the series. You’re in for a ride
You can cut rubber. Rather easily in fact.
Punching it does no good though.
So Luffy's rubber body makes him immune to concussive force, but not cutting. He's just as vulnerable as anyone else to that.
Interestingly enough, Buggy is the exact opposite
I've watched a bunch of reactions and it's really surprised me how consistently people seem to think Luffy's basically invincible because he's rubber, even to cuts.
@@combogalis It's because of the bullet bouding he does early on. People think bullets are more powerful than knives, so therefore if bullets dont' hurt him the knives can't either.
But physically, they are not the same kinds of things. Especially with old fashioned ball type ammunition.
God dangit WHY are your reactions so much fun??? I'm now as invested in Kiss's reaction to the end of episode 7 as I have been for pretty much any huge tv or movie event. Thanks for these vids, ladies.
E4
08:26 Zoro Flashback
17:57 Bell, New Ship, Kiss
22:27 Grandpa?!
I'm really enjoying yall twos reaction of the greatest story ever told. I hope yall continue this adventure even after watching the live action.
All your reaction are on point, i would really watch the one piece series anime with you again 😂
I don't know if anyone has told you guys yet but the Kuina story of how she passed wasn't shown in the anime as well and was said it was an accident but it was that she fell down some stairs and hit her head
It is so satisfying to see the reaction that Garp is Luffys grandpa. I already knew through the anime
Its so interesting seeing the reactions from people who know nothing about one piece. Glad you guys are liking it! Cant wait to see you react to the anime!
12:30
Yoo Pandaman! I never noticed
dont know why im invested in ur guys reaction
Kuina couldn’t handle her battle against Down D. Stairs
It's not explained in the live action series but Kuina died after falling down the stairs. That was sad 😭
Omgggg I want the next one already 😂 I enjoy watching your reactions so much! It's like hanging out with friends❤
Yeah, don’t be too suspicious of the teacher. He was devastated at Kuinas death, just maintaining his stoic attitude here. Don’t know why aside from time they didn’t even mention the relation.
oda loves using panda side character on onepiece its like the panda was him roleplaying xD
I live for the Grampa reactions.
I recently found your channel and you guys reactions are so enjoyable can’t wait for the next one you guys are great ❤
Yep, Garp is LITERALLY Luffy’s grandpa 🙉🙉, they cover this in the next episode, along with a couple other new characters that y’all will absolutely love
Impressive how you can predict and see the small details... also love the jokes🤣
haha, this show delivers on the good fun vibes and light drama. Perfect type of show for ya'll!
Noticing the panda like veteran one piece fans, proud of y’all
Your reaction to this show is my favorite! Can't wait for the next one!
Omgg there was a panda there? U guys catch so many of the little details in the show it's amazing
"GRANDPA?!"
My parents' reaction on that part, too (they don't watch anime). I just sat there pretending to be shocked as well.
I’m glad you guys saw the Panda.
In the manga the author made a character called PandaMan and he sneaks him into the background all the time since the beginning
Kuina really did die, to a fall down the stairs.
it's crazy how many details you guys are picking up!
In the anime, reveal of Garp being Luffy’s grandpa doesn’t happen until around episode 300.
“ it supposed to be the fastest ship “
Usopp OS : Oh yes, I did it!! 😅
Love your reactions! Can't wait for the next one!
12:28 a “panda” is an easter egg present throughout all One Piece... hahahaha...
Pandas hidden in the backgrounds are an ongoing Easter egg within one piece anime (not sure about the manga) over 1,000 episodes and they are always still popping up so keep an eye out for them
20:24 This is the main theme of the anime that plays right here.
Just so yall know, the dojo master in Zoro's flashbacks is Kuina's father. He might seem suspicious bc of the focus of the camera but that's just to emphasize his reaction or lack thereof, I guess. It's actually baffling why they didn't blatantly clarify that he's her father in OPLA though, bc it does make him look kinda sus lol
thank you for the amazing videos, you guys are so much fun to watch, cheers
Kuina literally fell down the stairs and died. The tragedy of her death is that it can happen in the most mundane and random times. So gotta make the best of every second you have. Also the sword sensei of Zoro’s was actually Kuina’s father. No weird vibes.
yessss!, good to see you both again, friday One Piece fun!, this show!🤩reacts are awesome! i love how these back story episodes have so much interesting story! so far, they all my favs., it's great!🙌🙌
the snail phones are called "den den mushi" and i want one they are so cute
Hahaha. You found the Panda! Good job! That's a One Piece tradition.
Kuina's death is explained in the anime, we adon't know why they left it out of the story in the live action. I wont spoil it, in case they will reveal in the live action later seasons, or you guys watch the anime
You just give off such wholesome great vibes~ ❤❤ I love rewatching this "with you" 😊
Waited 314 episode for this revealing........ Anime & Manga Fans are the Greatest.
The sword dojo teacher is kuinas dad. In the manga she fell down some stairs and you see her body.
You guys should watch the clip from the anime where he sees Garp and says grandpa and everyone just goes "EEHHHHHHHHH!!"
There is a character in one peice called pandaman and what u saw is a reference to look out for he appears in many places he's chased around by the tommato gang for debts so he's always on the move
