It's also implied he was friends with Rotom, and in a recent event in Masters, when he's in Darkrai's dream, and the Sinnoh squad is trying to wake him up, what really brings him out of it is Rotom's cry. He denies having emotions, but still has that sentimental attachment.

@@13CrystalHeart there's a theory that Cyrus' used to live in the big mansion where you can catch Rotom, and that the ghosts where his sister and butler, who where killed by his Rotom Friend on accident because they surprised it and it used Dishcharge thinking it was in danger. This is why he hates emotion, but then he actually bonds to his Golbat, causing it to evolve, which is why he almost always sends it out last, and when he does says, 'look what you've pushed me to'. He hates emotion because of how much pain he's in, so he's trying to make a world without emotions so he can stop being in pain.

That's a lie. Cyrus never defeated Cynthia. In the manga, Cyrus had to retreat after getting hit by Garchomp's Draco Meteor and got the Red Chain made just in time. Tho he did managed to defeat 2 out of 3 of Cynthia's pokemon in their 3v3 battle.
@@vashythewabbit8288 False. Cyrus literally said at the end of their fight "Look. Even after being beaten by meteors, Gyarados didn't faint. On the other hand, your Garchomp. Due to the recoil from a move as strong as that, Can't even support your body now..."
Garchomp used Draco Meteor on his Gyarados, it was unable to continue fighting afterwards while his Gyarados was and he left after getting the Red Chain, not because he lost to her.
The fact that he was able to beat it semi-easily with 3 diffrent flying types and a ice type, just shows how unbalanced BDSP is lol

funny how cyrus has full jolly nature team, but hes like the opposite of jolly
Maybe that's why his Golbat evolved into a crobat. It loved him but Cyrus didn't love it back

This Gen is my absolute favorite! I LOVE Gen 4 due to the Gym Leaders, the Evolution Pokemon, and the map.
Fun Fact: In the Pokemon Adventures manga Cyrus actually have a Probopass and Magnezone too. In USUM, him have a Houndoom too.

These games may be a little on the easier side, and being an incredibly faithful remake can be a little annoying because of some of the 'flaws' with Gen 4. But I had a great time playing these, And using Honchkrow (My favorite Pokemon), Was awesome!

A hardcore nuzlocke of these games seem like they would be pretty hard especially if you banned being able to boost friendship with following pokemon.
Just finished Brilliant Diamond and boy was it challenging and fun to play. I just spent the last 3 hours losing to Cynthia and only won because my Wormadon quiver dance to max and proceeded to sweep. While I definitely think Platinum is the go-to version to experience the Sinnoh Region, the updated movesets and graphics makes this a close second.

Awesome video. I'm currently doing a Red (adventure) run in Pokemon sword while I wait for my copy of diamond to arrive. So I'm using Red team. The only member I had to transfer over from Lets go is Aero.

Stream idea, what if you stream while mining in the underground, and you keep mining until you get all the Plates, and get a fossil that revives into a shiny.
Every 20 fossils, you go up and revive them, then you back down and start digging again

Do a ash nuzlocke that you have to catch every ash Mon per route and nickname them Pokemon gym leaders like Brock misty that nuzlocke in sword or shield
I think houndoom also should count since he used on platinum and your playing as Cyrus so I think any Pokémon counts
