I would like to say yes you can win fights and do so while outnumbered even if you are newer and lower specs on your gear. But at the end of they day you will have better odds and chance if you got a experienced group and can run with higher IP sets in order to be able to win against stronger teams and against more numbers. At the end of the day the reason we are able to win fights is that we are able to punish mistakes more than other teams, IP and game knowledge/experience is vital for this to work.

Always can try. Not at this level but maybe around the portals to practice in low gears
