Nice dude! looking really good. Can you explain which setup you prefer the most.. I see you play different builds.. Muisak over Leering? why scholar cowl when u have lymhurst cape? Why Cleric sandels over Stalker shoes? I will probably try to play this in my roads setup.
Hello! I Have tried a few different builds for heron, we mostly play it because we can fit it into a 3 man clap comp where we can win outnumbered. I ended on the following build: Heron Spear q1, w1, p1 Muisak Scholar cowl Hellion Jacket Cleric Sandals/Stalker Shoes Lymhurst Cape Beef Stew Resistance Potion Muisak drains a lot of energy, after about 3 rotations you will be out of mana. We run Lymhurst cape and Scholar Cowl to combat this, scholar cowl is not enough by it self unless you get good value on every use (which your enemies determines) same with lymhurst cape, i will go out of mana in extended fights = i can play the game. Leering cane is fine, for what we do muisak works better, we don't need the CC duration we need raw damage, if you play with a team that can use the longer stun duration it can be played a guess. Stalker shoes if probably better if used right, some teams that have short clap rotation or use royal jacket it can be bad against since they will have combo back before your boots. It's a personal preference here. My stance on soldier armor: "When it works, it REALLY works. It can one shot solo a team if you got max stacks and get a good hit with AOE escalation. But if you are fighting gankers you will get purged by fiend cowls usually and vs small scale teams they bring heave mace etc. Also when you don't have your ability up your damage really sucks. Heron have a 20 sec rotation, soldier armor is 35s. Meaning one clap each 20 seconds is bad, and the other is depedning on not getting purged AND your enemies helping you stack it up. Summary, it can work but you are relying on things out of your control (not getting purged, they hitting you etc) Hellion will always be strong and privide value" I'm fighting outnumbered in most of the fights we get, i need everything to count. I need more damage with this build, the CC is only there for my W and Distortion damage. Less damage and more CC (longer combo) will also give more time for opponents to react with defensives/clenses/heals
Amazing video. If you were to play this solo how would you change your armor? Or would you keep most the same? Def drop some more clips. Shit was awesome.
I have some old videos on my channel where i play solo and duo only, you can check it out if interested. Also made a spear guide a bit back. For solo this is not really possible, i would run 1h spear with undead cape etc instead if i would run a spear build.
Not for what we do, for bigger sized small scale with like 10-15 people in party it can maybe work if you got some cc to set it up but suboptimal for sure
Writing again to get some clarity. I'm having such fun with your build and would like to know more about your setup and what armos to use in which setups. I mostly just run in roads now and equipped stalker shoes switching from refreshing to raging blink depending on fight. Right now our fights ain't long enough that I need scholar cowl - so which help would you suggest then? Stalker hood?
Nice that you find some success with heron, i answered some of your questions previously already, I would assume you are having shorts fights and are running higher IP or with more people then opponents most of the time in that case since you seem to be doing fine on mana. You can maybe try running cowl of purity or mage cowl or something defensive such as soldier helmet maybe.
@@PinguAlbion Yeah we are running short fights. We run EU so our IP is around around 1100-1150 atm.. most of the fights is similar IP actually. We are 4-5 people. With Lymhurst we aren't running out of mana (yet) so maybe that extra dmg of CoW or mage cowl issn't a bad idea. I'm thinking about Leering cane and then actually use Royal helmet for even more stun/CC/Peel. But again thanks a bunch for all your feedback.. you're great and will get better with that heron in no time!
@@J8D8 Can work, but you will struggle if the fight goes on for longer. Maybe you can slot a druid cowl just in case? I think if you are running leering can with royal helmet you might as well run another tank weapon? But whatever works works.
Think it still will be fine, just a bit worse, hellion will still be the best choice but will heal for less, jacket of tenacity would be good if heron e was not magical damage
I watched that vid on agly perspective and i think perspective from DPS os more attractive to watching ;) i love clapping video, sad because i cant find person in my guild who Wanna try IT. ;(

Man, i just Saw you and i fell in love with your playstyle. Hail Heron
Brother, I want to ask you a question that I'm curious about. Does your team use an ability that increases your damage?

Do you think siege bow will be viable in a small scale team comp?

Its bigger ip, everything shown here the build is "Item Power Difference"

1 "W" melted half of their HP, this is just bullying and ip abusing, shitty pvp.
three noobs
did u get killed by him ? 🤡
