Looks like a 457/12. Years ago I bought one at an auction in pieces due to heat and string tension. After reattaching the neck among other things it made a very unique sound. Heres a video link to mine with a more conventional style song.

Good stuff. I love Ralph Towner on the 12 string or anything else. John McLaughlin moved it a bit wouldn't you say?

Wish we could get Nels to the Guitar Masters series in Germany where I first saw Ralf Towner. This mojo would fit that groove.

I could listen to Nels talk about guitars for hours. I could probably talk guitars with him for hours.

Seems like true brilliance doesn't need to beat you over the head and say: "Look at me I'm brilliant!!" you don't need klingon ears, you just need to use your human ones. Use them to find an artist you can understand.

Moving random chord shapes up and down the neck against open strings, that's all I'm hearing... am I missing the "brilliant" part?
Idk, maybe I need to ditch my human ears and acquire Klingon ones or something to really get it...
