Character power runs out too fast :(
Raiden is definitely the most technical character so far in injustice 2 imo. Not a beginner friendly character but in the hands a master is unstoppable

He was the most tech and execution heavy character in MKX as well. But, a fully explored Raiden had no bad Matchups in MKX. It is the same in Inj 2 as well. All the braindead players who put him in B-tier possibly don't realize how complex he is.

I have said this for months Scarecrow needed a meterburn port to allow him to attack immediately. That alone would make him much better.

Raiden in a nutshell.
A 50/50 exists on this string here, here, here, and here. These two don't require trait. In the corner, this is an unreactable 50/50 for a full combo meterlessly on one option. If they do block it, you're hella plus and can do another mixup. Or you can throw them for 400 damage.

Raiden is good in the right hands. Just like some of the other top tier characters. He sucks if you suck :x
bullshit he is far from top, only good on paper his trait runs too fast and trait mixups are only good in practice mode 1:24 is a goot example trait runs out in last second and u have to activate it in front of your opponent and hit him else it will expire its useless
omgoat ya buff his trait timer but he still top he lacks a lot of bad matchups. He can fk up any zoner he can full combo for 50% punish anyone with a 6 frame string it's really good.
I mean he's awkward bc he doesn't belong in this game (idk why y'all voted him into injustice but that's another conversation) just like sub zero is awkward and has a lot of awkward matchups.
Cameron Dennis Hes probably solid mid, MAYBE upper mid. . All his mix requires meter and it doesnt even grant you near unreactable 5050's like redhood or Catwoman. He doesnt build meter like blue beetle. Hes not top tier by anymeans. If they buff trait, he could end up being. Heres a tip tho. You get a free trait plus advantage after 113 string on hit. Great in corner.

DNA Tru Lyricist I've done it. I finally did it. After maining Raiden for 6 months straight, I finally mastered him . He's a beast if you master each and everyone of his moves. I've beaten high lvl top tiers, spammers zoners and walk back walk backs. I'm only waiting for a Raiden mirror match online and I'll be set
I main the flash, but I have been getting recked by zone heavy characters lately, so I've been trying to find a secondary main. so my question is, which characters do you guys think will not get zoned to bad but at the same time has good mixups up close?

Deadly Girl he’s bad in neutral and his combos are really execution heavy maybe? I just know he’s bad in neutral. His set ups require meter.
Deadly Girl how many raidens do you run into online ranked? They are almost nonexistent. I’m using raiden honestly just because I think he looks badass but it is not in the slightest bit easy.
