Today, Ingrid is a popular name all over the world thanks to her.
She was the most wonderful woman in the world!
She was aging so beautifully - barely any wrinkles or anything. It was that stupid cancer that then aged her so quickly & then took her away from us. :(

Here is a woman who aged gracefully. Not like actresses nowadays who can't move their foreheads
Her look in 1939 Hollywood was noticeably different, as is discussed in this clip. That her eyebrows were not plucked or excessively shaped was probably the most significant difference, as silly as that will seem today. She was very influential on Hollywood for that reason.

no one can pronounce foreing names in the US, I'm an a foreigner and I have heard my name being pronounce in so many different ways that I can respond to pretty much anthing that sounds alike now, and ok my name is a little bit harder, but I was just talking about her(Ingrid) the other day, and guess what? they couldn't pronounce her name at all :-P

Of course Ingrid Bergman wasn't like Garbo. She was better than her, in my opinion she shouldn't compare herself with Greta because, obviously, Ingrid was the best one. Everybody knew that ever since Ingrid began her career.
They are very similar if you ask me. Some of them will say garbo is better and some will say ingrid but overall garbo is a bigger name.
