    I done a video on these. I did not go though everything on the install. So I put a link in my videos description to this video. Thanks brother for good work. I try to send all the L gsxr 600/750 guys here that do their own maintenance.

    interesting, the longer slider is on the left side. i would have figured it would have went on the side with the exhaust. great video and a lot of good advice.

      Jigar Patel thank you very much! I got them off of amazon just type in 2018 gsxr 600 frame sliders on amazon they will pop up. I got the krator ones they are cheaper, shogun’s are the best I just didn’t want spend all that money on them. They are no cut frame sliders you’ll find them easy!

    • @SpunkyBoyy
      @SpunkyBoyy  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you! Yes, great question you need to remove the fairings because the triangular bracket that the frame sliders bolt into, there is a bolt that holds them on the actual bike, and u can’t access it unless you take the fairings off. Hope that helps! Glad the video helped you out!

    Hey man i recently got a 2008 gsxr 600 and been trying trying to look for frame sliders from shogun but can’t seem to find a pair that fits my bike I always find 2011-2016 but not 2008 you know where I can order them and also I’m from Toronto Canada

    Hey Spunky!
    Great video. I'm a 46 year old girl and I'm going to attempt to install the sliders on my 750. I am only concerned about the placement of the slider. When you showed that part of the video the slider was already in place so that part was unclear. Thanks in advance for your help! Keep up the great vids!

    • @SpunkyBoyy
      @SpunkyBoyy  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hey SweetLeilani75!
      So the frame sliders bolt right into that triangular looking piece and then the triangular piece bolts onto the actual frame and that’s how everything is held in place just make sure u install the metal circular pieces on the back of the triangular piece before installing it on the bike it helps keep everything stable. I hope that helps! Let me know if u have any other questions. Good luck:-)

    • @failedfishermanBC
      @failedfishermanBC 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@SpunkyBoyy Her question (and mine) is where on the frame did you bolt the triangular piece? So when we look at the bike, where is the attachment point on the bike? Thanks!

    • @SpunkyBoyy
      @SpunkyBoyy  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@failedfishermanBC the triangular piece should be upside down on the bike. The long bolt goes into the single hole and bolts up to the frame. The two bolts on top u screw on the metal circular pieces on the back and it helps secure it on the bike. Hope that helps

    • @SpunkyBoyy
      @SpunkyBoyy  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@failedfishermanBC you’re going to need the fairings off to see the hole that the bolt goes into. Once u have the fairings off just make sure the triangular piece is upside down(two screw holes on top and the single screw hole on the bottom) and it should just bolt right up.
