Yeh dude i am like wait i died but the winning sound plays and i am like uhhhhh......
Not to mention whenever you die to a brawler, they start tweakin or sum because they be acting goofy as hell whilst walking with their winning animation.
I believe they are coded in exactly like gems, so it will take a maintenance break to fix

i think its because trophies are gems (charlies super drops gems)
This is one of the worst game modes of all time second to takedown. And after the cheeses are patched, no one will play
There once was a time when Otis was a broken brawler, believe it or not… But now things have changed. And I still stand by my statement that every brawler will change the meta somehow in their own way
otis was never broken he was garbage when he first got released
@@rinneganfinderNo, he got a buff where his Super dealt damage. He didn't before when he was released. He was then OP and extremely versatile afterwards.

I was playing charlie and only one person was left and it was a Doug he had 14 trophies i used my super and he dropped all of his trophies i picked them up and rushed to the teleport i was standing in the teleport and he started approaching i was a couple of seconds away from escaping but then he started attacking me so I used my gadget to trap myself inside the teleport and it was enough time to escape leaving the Doug losing all of his 14 trophies that he had been collecting the whole game this should be fixed because it's just unfair

this is probably because trophies are programmed like gems.
I remember thinking yesterday "If the trophies act likes gems and Charlie's super makes enemies drop their gems than... Oh oh"
The only problem I have with this mode is when someone with already 12 throphies decides to target me when I have 3 instead of just escaping and letting us both win. It feels like everyone is so aggressive, for example one time a Rosa tried killing me when we were the last two despite having like 4 power cubes more then her, idk why people dont just take the free win sometimes
well why wouldnt she take the easy trophys if youre a bad matchup?
Because they can sense that they can beat you so they’ll try and kill you. If you put pressure on them, they’ll get scared and escape. It’s all mind games and that’s why it’s fun.
I Mean that's the point. You're supposed to get as many trophies as possible and escape. Of course people will play aggressive. If you want a mode where its more passive or such, there's showdown. Although I'm unsure if this mode is even around now, wish I played it.
I dont like trophy escape, it’s so hard (I recommend playing trophy escape until you get a brawler to 100 trophys

gamemode is trash, i mean most of the time you get +6 trophies or around that but thats just worse aby other gamemode

If you can't escape in time you only get 9 trophy as if you got second for showdown
And the problem is the match ends as soon as there's 1 player standing
Ye i just lost to crap ton of tanks and assassing for like 20 games and won 4...

If you escape on the pad you will get all your trophies but if you kill all enemies or if your the only player left in the map, you will lose 1 trophy

I find this game mode frustrating personally. It’s not bad but it has so many flaws. Losing 2 trophies instead of 8 is great but the rest is painful. Like when you start the match with -1 trophies which means you need to kill a trophy bot but those things have way too much Hp (10,000) which require 4-5 hits to defeat. It also rewards players for kill stealing and stealing the loot of others. You can’t push most brawlers in the game mode, only the ones who are good at stealing kills and dps. I would’ve preferred that you could keep respawning until the portals open up.

This gamemode is the worst designed thing they've ever brought into the game, bar none. The devs showed little to no care with this and clearly just wanted higher player counts for their quota statistics. It has so many obviously fixable flaws it clearly went through negative playtesting.

Maybe the gamemode was buggy yesterday. Because I couldn’t click play again and the trophies I had weren’t the trophies I earned. But today the gamemode seem better than it was yesterday.
The best strategy is probably getting just one trophy safely and going out this means you get maximum efficiency from win streaks so its actually going to be worth 3 or 4 trophies per match
You should pick up all ground trophies if you kill everyone, because there was these 2 people fighting eachother and i lost out on like 8 trophies because my poison killed the last one before i picked up the other's trophies.

At 5:09 the edgar jumped coz when the time for escaping is almost full, anybody who stands on the teleport can escape with the guy who was standing for the timer
The game mode is cool but it sucks for farming. The time you waste from losses is far bigger than any other mode and even when you win you can simply not earn much

I got 20 in a real player match cause my opponents where being stupid and Edgar and Daryl jumping/rolling on me as surge
Trophy escape makes me want to kms. I lost 50 trophies and gained 2 just bc of the amount of people who third party me

From what I've tested edgar and leon are the best brawlers in this mode I have a deep hate for mico so haven't tested him but so far play edgar and leon
Trophy escape and the map breakwater port is so fun when shelly camp the portal and just w8 the timer to kill you ahhahahahahhahhahahahahah
in my opnion they should remove the bots and give more throphies per win(even at the cost of losing more throphies at a lose)
this mode sounds great in paper... but it's actually so bad (also it's very buggy)

As a gold II kit just saying always see everything even bushes before jumping in if they are like 15 tiles away from u just and run that's what I leaned with kit and jacky and Edgar get easy countered by kit bc kit doesn't go to their range
You can literally lose 5 times in a row with charlie then win once and gain more than you lost last 5 games

It's not glitch
If it is then gem drop when super is also glitch
if you’re the last two and the other person escapes you get -1 trophy but if you kill them you get a might get a trophy bonus (though im not sure but you at least don’t get -1 and you get all the trophies they dropped)
Another op thing with this game mode is you only lose 2 trophies if you die, in high trophy matches you can have like several bad games and gain them back or more with just one good one
this gamemode could be very fun, it just needs a rework
