Yes, this trick is crazy. Just put an assassin counter in if the enemy has Lily and kills your barley and you win. I pushed 2 rank 25 with this already.
Berry is even better with this, if you have Floor is Fine starpower you can once every 6 seconds shoot yourself and get healing, and the puddles stay on the ground way longer. And if you face someone you cant kill you can wait as long as possible and then just run in the smoke and spam healing on yourself. Also, if the enemy wastes all their ammo when the smoke is coming, you can do S+A+A+A, cause your super will have covered a lot of ground thats left, so theyll pretty mutch always take damage. The 3 ammo you shoot after that give some pretty high burst damage, and it gives you healing. And then if they arent dead, do the knockback gadget, they wont be able to shoot or move and will probably get hit into your ice cream.

You can also use willow cuz of the big hitbox from normal hit and you can super your enemy to make him go into the smoke(meg can be a counter to this cuz she has a second life)
My strategy to win in duels everytime is I use Sam and leon and a random brawler at the end so when Sam dies I have Leon's super
