Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! This is GOLD! Seeing a full, raw, real-time evaluation and rehab of someone is so insightful and helpful! I know the short videos are probably easier and better for social media growth but those longer ones are where the real value is at. As a health & fitness coach, I get to learn so much more from them and then use all that knowledge to help so many more people! So please, don't stop making them and thank you for everything that you do!
Ditto ditto ditto ditto exactly thank you for doing long videos do more that’s what set you apart. Thank you again for caring about true exercise science.
Mirabai❤️❤️❤️ Thnx squat University for enabling Mirabai win siver At Tokyo Olympics.. Ur contribution is important in her treatment. I had watched ur videos with her for her hip b4 the Olympics.. been following ur chanel since then
Hi. I am a PTA in my 5th year of practice in outpatient orthopedic (general population). Heard you on another podcast, and started listening to yours, plus Instagram. I am reading Milo and have been able to apply some of the screens, drills and corrective exercises to patients already - both athletes and desk jockys. This kind of video is so helpful to me, as my PTA education was a very quick superficial pass over tons of topics, and embarrassingly poor instruction in assessment ("only PT's do that") and exercise (utterly shocked how little PTs and PTAs often understand about exercise, load, etc). Viewing a full process, based in movement and full chain assessment - instead of generic, cookie-cutter tests and exercises that are "good for glut med, or serratus," or what ever, transfers to real world application tomorrow in the clinic! My question is: having found the appropriate targets, and mobilizations, activations and exercises that reduce symptoms on immediate retest (I assume, based on my experience, that the effect is temporary), how to go about programming these into the patient's HEP, gym warm up, etc., and what kind of frequency, volume, and overall time frame, to cement the improved mechanics and timing? Thank you so much for what you are doing! I have struggled to find meaningful continuing education and mentoring, and you are indirectly providing some of that! Eddie
You gave me hope in fixing my knee issues. Our Healthcare in Germany is just horrible when it comes to thorough evaluation. I hopefully can semi selftreat my problems with your videos.
This is miraculous. I was just reviewing your previous videos on knee pain and just finished trying some of the exercises. Exited the gym to find that you posted this gem. Can’t wait to try these out next time. This material is better than gold!!!
This was great watching. I have/had tendinopathy of achillies from running. Totally not related to weight lifting but find interest that glute muscles is such large structural part to body movement yet seem so easy to neglect that area. I hoping to get back into running, would be great to see you diagnose a runner lower body injury. thanks.
This is the ultimate patient care. It would be awesome if everyone got this level of focus, care, and rigor for 45 min to an hour. A lot of the time our health care system makes you feel rushed in and out.
Thank you so much for sharing this complete session. A remarkable depth of knowledge and experience, applied and explained in a simple, logical manner. Sincere gratitude to you! Finally, a guide for testing, mobilizing, stabilizing and moving forward!
you are real doctor ! you explain in such an illustrative manner that people watch this at home can cure their problem, and that is exactly what people would like to watch, thanks Dr Horschig
I want to know how you get all these Strongman and Olympic Medalist because this is mind blowing, but great. My question is can you make a video for the Sartorius muscle pain from running please
@@dma169 Just do cable pushdowns or band pushdowns before and after your workout. Thoroughly warming up also helped me. After two weeks there is almost no pain. Edit : choose very light resistence for high reps (more than 30 reps) and don't lock out at the bottom until the pain is bearable
Thank you so much for sharing your knowledge! It's been helping me a lot! Just one question. What about if someone has knee pain but has orthopaedic and/or podiatric arch supports. Do you test with shoes on or still have them take their shoes off?
Maybe I have the exact same issue! I have been working on my right glute because of my right knee pain. The stronger I can flex my right butt, I feel like I'm gaining overall leg strength and reducing right knee pain.
hey ! Aaron i have same pain for past one month but only difference is i have two knees painful today i performed this process and my pain was down from 9 to 2 , should i continue the same process or should i change any thing . thank you for sharing this incredible video
Do you have any smart ideas on where to do banded exercises at home? I feel like most things in my house would come lose if I tried to fasten a band on it
Hi Man, After I did all these exercises and stretches, my right knee had no pain but 2 hours after all of this, I had pain even with bodyweight squats. I'm trying to get Rebuilding Milo in Singapore. Is this normal? Should I do this everyday?
How I wish I could find a physio like you in my area. I've tried quite a few - one even specialized in treating professional athletes, and she just said "we're all uneven". 🤦
Hi I would like to ask where do you purchase the matt that you using for tibial rotation test, and what do you called the matt., i would like to purchase it to use to my client. Thanks
Great knowledge and Great Content Sir. I wish your subscriber going to Billions. But now days people watching cringe and garbage content. That's why milk always cheaper then wine.
@@FATEYYYY I went 6 weeks and didn't feel much change. Christmas broke my routines. I will get back into it again. But will need to consult a professional at some point
@@Shystar79 Sad to hear that. Also do you get the pinching pain when you try to go for depth in squat ? I get it when I go down as if I'm getting restricted and my muscle is getting pinched. I get pain sometimes where just raising my leg while lying on bed creates the pain.
@@FATEYYYY yes I totally relate to your pain. It occasionally wakes me up even when I place a pillow in between my thighs. My problem is, I have always had this pain but thought it was down to tight groin muscles which I incurred in my 20's from playing football ⚽️🙃😫. Disnt realise it was a pinch and possibly wearing and tearing the area around the joint. I don't know if I could ever totally get rid of that pain. Possibly just manage it by focusing on strength and mobility on the entire chain. I will try to also get involved in reformer pilates. I am mid 40's now. I really don't want a hip replacement anytime soon. Consult a professional and persist on exercises and lifestyle to assist you. Its an up and down journey but I am sure with application you will gain better quality of life though exercises.
Hi there Frank, reading your condition I can totally relate the same with mine. I couldn't even bear my own leg weight trying to raise it up while lying down since that would create that pinching pain. I remember trying to keep pillows in between my legs to support the joint. Thing is my pain has gotten better but it basically comes back as soon as I try to squat again and I'm afraid to push myself because of this. I'm just 27 btw and I have been through this pain for exactly a year now. Good thing is that I was going through Squat University's playlist and found a dedicated video on our issue. A lot of people have commented saying the video helped them get rid of this pinching pain. I'm definitely going to try it out and I thought to share it with you in hopes you get better as well. Take care and I hope we can get back to our previous selves without this torturing pain. Take care th-cam.com/video/xVUzxzVDPyI/w-d-xo.htmlsi=NkdXU4VHczGOQmg

This is by far one of the best video I’ve ever seen about movements rehab process. Thanks for this great content

Fixing my tibial IR and hip IR when they get stuck has been a knee pain game changer for me.
Great analysis. If all the weak links are fixed and strength improved, she'll get the gold in September.
Sweetheart is my favorite featured athlete of this channel. She's got a great, functional physique, and outstanding balance...
