- So this video is basically talking about my top five things that I love about my car. I’ve had this car for about three years now and I truly love it I wouldn’t trade it for any other car at the moment eventually in the future I know things will change and will bring another car into the family but until then I will enjoy his car and hope you guys do too.

I have a 128i and absolutely love it. I been owning it for 8 years and it’s a great machine 🙌🏼

Have mine in black, manual transmission, original owner since October 2010, and just under 80K miles today. Getting flack from friends that I have to get a new car, but I like having an overall great car that I rarely see on the road. My first new car, and I might just never sell it.
We’re on the same boat my friend I get slack from friends and family to get rid of mine because it’s to small or because it not cheap to maintain but I just haven’t found a car that can replace it. So I don’t think I’ll ever sell mine

Had the same BMW in 2018. One fix that gave me problems was the coolant lines. The plastic couplers breakdown somewhat quickly(7-10years). If you run into that problem. Just make sure you replace all the lines if one is bad.

I know I'm late asf on this video but this is dope! I get my 2014 328i this Wednesday and even though it's 240 horse that's twin turbo, I feel like the 1 series would've been a better pick for me XD. You also said that you had a guy that is BMW Tech Certified and I was wondering if you could ask him what exhaust system I should run on my car?

Pressing and holding the top button to lower down the windows and sunroof is a safety feature I think, in case of a flood or emergency

Used to have the same one in 2014 but coupe 128 sport package. Loved it. Regret I sold it. Later at 2017 I got 230i cabriolet and I still have it I love it! My dad still keep his 128i 2010 but it is manual transmission and this car is just so powerful.
I'm still driving and loving my white 1 e87 hatchback.

Good video bro but I wish ya did more analysis on the engine and it's details, I say this with love but you discuss small things and sound like what a high school student would look for in a whip. Stuff like the wheels can spin,stash spots (thumbs up on that) seats big enough for a chick approximately 110-140lbs and around 5ft tall in missionary position, comfortably for approx 10min lol. My point is MORE about the car/engine etc ya know the IMPORTANT shit my dude! :) Constructive criticism that's all bro. :)

Chicago 128i owner here... that red interior IS sick!!! Do you get snow tires for winter? I may try them this winter.
As crazy as this is going to sound I run Bridgestone run flats all around and never have had a major problem in the winter

It was taken care of pretty well I don’t have all of the records just a couple from when it was taken to bmw for regular maintenance. It was me doing it my self I have a updated maintenance video on my channel

I have a 2012 128i convertible and I love it, there is nothing I don't like about it, so I know you won't have many negatives about your car. Enjoy it. Every time I fill up with gasoline I add a can of
Sea Foam SF16, it cleans lifters, valves, fuel injectors and much more, it gets rid of the carbon that is built up in your engine parts. Since adding this the car runs 100% better and smoother. With the mileage you have on your car, you should definitely us this product, you will see a world of difference.

Lol the interior was what won me over. But honestly bro the audio isn’t bad at all it’s definitely not the loudest but it’s ok. Now you if you get one with the Harmon kardon sound system you’ll be set.

Man bro I was in the same situation I went with my car because the interior won me over lol but you can’t really go wrong with any of those I’d suggest you think of 350 or 370z as well.

Get the 128i
Get the 128i future collector car, just research how the car was developed after work and on weekends. BMW skunkworks basically. I've been searching for one. Get a manual and try to get a sport package as the seats are just the best. Best seat I've ever had followed by my 93 SHO. I've owned the last series rx8 and the 1 series will outcorner it all day and much more torque. Good luck w your choice!
@@mikeb2496 I really wanted to get a 2008 128i, thing is i couldn't find the RIGHT one. Drove tested 5 or 6 128is and inspected 2, which cost me about a total of 400 dollars at BMW. Both cars had major issues, the type of issues that are bad but that a regular car amature like me wouldn't recognize. So I went with the safer (and cheaper) choice, the genesis. For NOW. but dont worry, my next car will be a 1 Series and it will also be brand new. Thanks for the help tho and good luck!

Ok sooo it does have Bluetooth but it’s a basic version of it according to BMW. So basically all you can do is answer or make phone calls through Bluetooth. It does have a Aux and it’s literally right above a the USB port so I have a Bluetooth adapter that is connected to the aux and being powered by the USB port. It works really good. But if you want to play music through Bluetooth you have to make sure your car has the idrive system.
How much did you get yours for? I got mine for 10k certified...
I believe I got mine for 16 about 3 years ago.

Yup has an aux and usb plug although the usb is really just to charge phone. They’re right under the arm rest
Also the car does have Bluetooth but it only works to take calls or make calls not for the music.
I have a Bluetooth transmitter that power through the usb and goes into the aux cost like 15$ on amazon works great
