I have Leo Ascendant in the hora chart Sun moon Mercury Venus Neptune retro n Pluto retro in Leo. And in 12 th Cancer Mars Jupiter Saturn Rahu Ketu Uranus Retro. It's a balance of 6 in each.
My 2nd house lord in D1 chart is Mars (Thula Lagna). In D2 chart Mars (2nd house lord) and Jupiter are placed in cancer in the 3rd house (Taurus Ascendant in D2). Venus is the lagna lord in both charts. Venus is in the 5th house of D1 and it's placed in the 9th house of D2 chart.

Great Analysis Sir. I just used the formula told by you. I found that in Dhirubhai Ambani's chart 2nd lord of D-1 is placed in 12th of Hora chart. He did not lose money rather he was the richest man in India.
The birth data could be incorrect. I applied his rule in a billionaire chart and it was super accurate. Always be careful getting birth data from any source because either the birth time provided to us is wrong because during 1932 the doctors would not be recording the birth time accurately unless he was born into a family of astrologers for example and very intentionally took the effort to record the birth time accurately or was born into an extremely rich family. Try applying his rule to people you know personally who are very wealthy. Even then some people have their birth time recorded 10 to 15 minutes (even 20 mins) later after their birth.
