I know youre a P99 hero of Norrath, but did I see you on the Firiona Vie server yesterday? Saw an Iksar in a black robe run past me named Sarleon and it brightened up my day whether it was you or not 😊 Love your videos by the way, please never stop.

I loved Velious so much, I did the 10th Coldain Ring for 4 characters, farming the Giant Helms myself with each toon. Truly, one of the most epic expansions ever released for EverQuest. I never did the Skyshrine armor Quests, though. By the time I was wrapping up my time in Velious, PoP was in full swing and I was pursuing the Elemental armor and pushing for Time access. But I did do the Thurgadin armor quests, just for the clicky pieces. Edit: Dear God, I'd forgotten the Prayer Shawl. I did that for my Cleric and called it good; now that Underfoot expands on that particular quest item, I may go back and do it on my Shaman and Enchanter, too. Maybe. If I'm really bored and looking to do quests and nothing else for hours and hours and hours... lol
We solved this when Velious was current in early 2000s. Kill Kael giants, get dwarf shawl quest done. Kill dwarves get Dains Hammer and Kael armor from ToV. Kill giants again, get Skyshrine armor. Do NToV and Plane of Growth, because Bristlebanes Plane of Mischief just wasn't worth the headaches And then there is the Avatar of War in Kael.
Nice video! can you share some interesting anecdotes of your time in EverQuest? I’m trying to write a poetry book dealing with virtual words. Sounds weird ik but i would be very grateful.
I was thinking of doing that for a 1k video special actually to have so prepared. I have a few a would be glad to share. Just let me know if you have an email ect

This was my favorite expansion but wow did I enjoy reading your memories. It truely was the EQ golden age
@@hermitray Thanks for watching. Very few items that are highly sought after are soloable. Most you need a group or small raid in my experience.
