I camped stormfeather as a kid for 2 days straight. Fell asleep and woke up to the wings flapping due to having my speakers cranked up to the max. I remember killing it and feeling like I had concurred the universe. Not even 1 minute after killing him 2 people showed up so glad I had my speakers up!
Nice job! I’ll mention, one of the earlier Coldain Ring quests has you make a “vial of Valium vapors”, which is a one shot gate to Thurgafin, and you can keep making it after you do the quest. As an SK, I always kept one of these on me, especially for PoG or Hate raids.
Just to note, the sleeper is "Kerafyrm" (not "Kerafym") which means "Prophetic Saviour" (or "almighty son" depending on your lore source), and he was not the child of Vox and Nagafen, they came later and were separated and banished for their desire to mate in fear that they would create another Prismatic Dragon which they wanted to control.
Ice forged shackles clicky is best used to self nuke to break roots. its can be a life saver if your kiting and you happen to pick up a mobs that can cast root.
Note for Garath's weapons to trade, once the Sleeper is awoken this quest can no longer be completed unless you happened to loot a Primal sword before the awakening. After the Sleeper is awoken the Warder's disappear, the Ancient's start to spawn, and all the weapon drops are now Ancient Prismatic's and not Primal's so no way to exchange them for the better weapon.
Day 2 after the release of Velious I was exploring and came across the heavy wooden plank (or whatever it was called)... Picking it up encumbered me, and I was very distant from any bank, and I had a raid to prepare for... So I left it. Only later did I find out I had just left a component for Breezeboots Frigid Gnasher. Later, once someone knew what that plank was actually used for, it ceased to spawn. Oh well, still got the eyepatch, Dain ring, and 2x Scepters of Destruction... so many goodies that expansion.

I was so tired I had a RL buddy help me camp stormfeather, we played all weekend from Friday after school and it spawned on my second shift. I had actually fallen asleep at the keyboard I woke up looked up and there he was, at the same time an ogre war was comin in from the side so I went in and managed to get the kill. I will never forget that.
I didn't get to do much in velose as my two computers where destroyed in a direct lightning hit ....not long after ...😭😢💔 & my wife & i where goung through her 3rd battle with her cancer....so financially we where struggling....so rebuilding my 2 gaming computer's was last on our list... So i gave up EQ ....FOR?MORE THAN A DECADE...😢 i have discovered that EQ IS STILL VIABLE !!! 😃😇🤗💖 SO HOPEFULLY I CAN START PLAYING AGAIN.. 😇🤗👍💗
In the beginning you mentioned keys and one was to "siren's grotto". I assume you meant to say Cobolt Scar. However, on all live servers including the TLP servers, this key is no longer needed.

Not mentioning Doze tear quests, some of the best in slot items, is pretty disappointing. Killing Doze and getting all the mini symbols on p99 is quite the feat and I was looking forward to hearing your thoughts on Doze quests.
Used to love the game and hate it for guild politics, and favours to get anything cool done. Love modern Mmorpgs because they fixed the second problem.
The BFG was removed after someone smacked Gorenaire, poor thing, who flew up in the air and fell to her death for 32k. After we stopped laughing at the cruelty of it, we realised how broken the game was with the BFG able to one-shot raid mobs....the nerf was inevitable.
Isn’t there still a quest for the key to the shade? I always used the shrink/lev way into him, but I have gotten drops that Alla said was for Jal key. 🤷🏼

Such an amazing expansion Velious was, i started with with tripple pack back in 2001 so had Kunark and Velious.
Shroud of the Dar Brood & Eye Patch of Plunder were my Monk's haste items back in the day before I completed epic way WAY back when.

You should check out The Spirit of Garzicor, very long quest but the lore is amazing, and the Ethereal Bladed Naginata was pretty wicked for its time.

Spirit Wracked Cords and Elements of Strength while not 100% quested in Velious is in the Velious Era and those a BiS for quite a few melee classes.

The eyepatch was a huge pain in the butt. 19 hour spawn that was skippable plus intense competition for the griffin. That was horrible.

Clicky cleric pants were a godsend for groups. With AAs, the heal gets bigger and can crit. EXP grouping was basically clicking pants over and over.
