Alfred Sibut one of the best classical guitarist of madang..one of the few madang artists that recorded with PGS..my school music teacher in madang..who engineered this song..?very classical country blues type.. best
The origin release was in 1988/89 and was probably engineering by Donald Lessy.
This re-mastered album was done around 2001 and engineered by Douglas Lamo and Digby Holeong

Alfred Sibut from Bilia (a Bilibil-speaking village) must have recorded with CHM in 1986 as a solo artist, and only afterwards with PGS with his band, the Cool Figures. As for this recording, to me it sounds like it's from 1998, if not later - this must've been their at least second album with PGS then.
Thank you for that extra piece of information. Appreciate that. Alfred Sibut recorded a solo album with PGS Rabaul in 1986 ( there was only Rabaul studio). In fact he stayed at my parents home when he was in ENB.
This Melanesian Cool Figures album was recorded around 1997/1998 and remastered and released in 2005.
